La Terraza Food Truck Tulalip

On a whim I stopped at this food truck after seeing them out of the corner of my eye. I saw birria tacos and I had to stop. I ordered 2 for my lunch. It wasn't bad. They give you a plate with the tacos, cilantro, onions other veggies as well as hot sauce. $2.99 each taco - so average price. I still prefer the ones in TJ. But I'd give this place another try.

We usually order from the storefront location but I was by the truck today and decided to order. It's in a convenient location right next to McDonald's.. tucked away and has a few tables to "dine-in". The lady working could have been alot more friendlier. I felt like they didn't like me because I didn't speak Spanish. They just threw sauces in my bag and of course one busted open.. smh. So a star taken off for the carelessness, but the food was still authentic & delicious! Flavor of the meat was perfect and gave a generous portion on my tacos. I didn't wait too long for my meal either.. 10 minutes or so.

Absolutely the best food truck in Sonohomish County and probably Washington state. Amazing food! Vampiros are great, their consome absolutely the best that I've ever had. The meat isn't dry, very well seasoned. Tacos dorados wow amazing. Totally worth the drive. They also have Tejuino and Champurrado.

Birria tacos were the best I've ever had! Food was quick and the horchata was really good too!! Recommend 10/10 :)

There's something about a food truck that just makes the food even better. Their brick-and-mortar restaurant is my favorite tacos and guacamole in the area (the shrimp tacos are poetry-worthy) so I figured the food truck has to be just as good!Guys...it's better. How is that even possible?! We went here with kiddo because he loves food trucks and he gobbled down his entire quesadilla. He never finishes his food and he loved it! I did the tacos vampiros and they're now my favorite food on the face of the planet. You order at the window and get a buzzer. Food comes out fast and is inexpensive. There's an outside picnic table with heaters if you want to eat your food there instead of taking it to go and I highly recommend it. Yum!!

The La Terraza Food Truck in Tulalip was playing music when I arrived on Wednesday 19 July 2023. A tent out front of the food truck had a couple tables underneath for those dining at the truck, or where one could wait as a to-go order was prepared. The menu, including pictures, were posted on the side of the truck. Everything looked good, so I ended up going with two tacos vampiros, a torta ahogada, a side of beans and rice, and fried jalapeños. Placing my order was straightforward, the worker friendly, and the bill came to under $21 (pre-tip), which I found to be a good price for the amount and quality of food I got.I was given a buzzer/beeper for when my to-go order was ready and waited in the seating area. It was not long before my order was ready. The order was prepared and packaged with care. Each item coming in its own serving container and stacked carefully so that nothing spilled and no foil ripped while I was transporting my food.For the tacos vampiros, they were double corn tortillas filled with cheese and pulled pork with caramelized onions as well as an onion relish of sorts. They were hot, temperature wise, flavorful and the cheese melty. There were four fried jalapeños, which were the best I have had of that item - I could even taste the flesh of the peppers. I found them to not be too spicy and have a medium to medium high spice tolerance.Beans were sprinkled with cheese and served in the same container as the rice. They were more towards a refried beans consistency and the rice was fluffy. The torta ahogada was the show stealer of the batch, it was love at first bite. The tomato sauce slowly soaked into the torta bread as I ate and there was a hearty filling of well-seasoned pork. It came with pickled onion slices. Overall, it as a phenomenal meal and I was happy I ordered everything I did, though I found I needed to walk around after eating to help my belly out.

Superb-tacos vampiros with consome (I ordered since they were promoting it-had no idea what I was about to experience which was amazing) highly recommend getting the side of consomé with anything-breakfast burrito was also great-great service as well!

Trash food I ordered 10 tacos and only five had meat Carnitas tasted like water Salsa was spicy but it was flavorless Orderne 10 tacos y solo cinco tenian carne La salsa pica pero no sabe a nada

Delicious tacos, good service. The tacos de vampiros with consume were delicious. My husband enjoyed his carne asada and carnitas tacos as well.
