Excellent tacos fast. I have heard of this place from coworkers at the railyard across the street and been wanting to try. Finally got a chance when my crew and I all decided on tacos for lunch. I tried the asada, pollo, carnitas, and chorizo. The asada and pollo were great. Carnitas wasn't the greatest I have ever had but was still good, nothing the included onion and green sauce couldn't take care of. And the chorizo was no lie some of the best chorizo I have ever had. Some chorizo is too dry, some too greasy, but this had the perfect amount of fat and was just the right amount of spicy. I will definitely be back. The reviews for some of the other meats have me thinking I need to try those, too. And the esquites caught my eye when I was there, too.

The food is just put together. Expect the burritos to have more beans than rice and the meat will be dry. The tongue is mediocre at best. Had this place a few times in spans and the quality doesn't change.

Not recommended. We came on a Saturday afternoon. We ordered 5 tacos (2 chicken, 2 beef and 1 cheek), enchilada plate (chicken) a sprite and a regular sized Horchata. The only thing that was tasty was the cheek taco. The chicken in the tacos and enchiladas were very red and had a lot of a very off-putting spice. The beef was extremely chewy and hard to digest. The hot sauce was inedible...it was oily and looked like straight seeds mixed with chilly powder. The mild salsa was a verse type salsa but I'd put it closer to a medium level of heat. The enchiladas were the worst we've ever had in ALL the states we've been to. They were dry enchiladas with only 2 of them having sauce on them. The sauce was cooked partially in to the tortilla and 1 enchilada was completely devoid of sauce. The sauce on the enchiladas tasted the same as the sauce the chicken was cooked in. The rice was dry and flavorless and the beans tasted like they had no salt. The pepper they give with the tacos was so spicy that it burned the inside and outside of my mouth so if you like the milder chiles...this is not the spot for you. The horchata was flavorful and the sprite came in a can.We give it 2 stars for the cheek taco but all-in-all it was a waste of $30 and wish we would have tasted the food before tipping.

Best cabesa tacos, I've ever had. Other places will dice up the meat, but here they give you big chunks for beef cheeks. The other meat were super good, too. My wife and i are also big fans of the carnitas. We will definitely be back here to eat.

Probably our favorite taco truck, although it's out of the way. Always a super friendly staff and pretty quick to get your order out.

The absolute best place to get a quick, cheap lunch or dinner for miles around. Love em.

Best tacos I've had in Auburn!! Fresh, flavorful and delicious!! Will definitely back. Tried the chicken tacos.

food is definitely not authentic mexican food, has packaged salad lettuce in burrito which makes up half the damn burrito service is good tho but definitely not going there again

Love everything about this spot! Service is fast and food is amazing. The tacos and sopitos have a light but perfect crunch to them. Adds amazing texture. I always cook mine the same at home and haven't found a place that does it the same until I tried this truck! I'm from California but have lived in Washington for 5 years and this is as close as it gets to authentic Mexican street food you will find in this state. They also have a cute seating area with lights that is beautiful at night!

These are just really good basic street tacos, well executed. Plenty of very fresh cilantro and onions and the grilled onions Have a unique flavor. They make their own salsas but watch out the hot is rather hot! And I am no snowflake when it comes to spice. They have great hours, and they always answer the phone and they have been able to keep the price of their tacos quite reasonable. Way better flavor in their meat than other taco trucks in the area.I love picking up a big ass plate of tacos on college game day.
