Everything is always freshly made. The guacamole is the bomb and the marinade chicken is out of this world. What more can I say about this little market but WOW.

I love coming here compared to a significant grocery retail chain for simple things I need to complete a meal or even for snacks. The workers are super friendly, and for all the mommas on WIC, this place has homemade salsas covered through WIC since they're made with fresh ingredients. When prepping for a carne asada, this is a go-to spot.

This is my neighborhood market. If I am ever tired from work or need a quick meal, I run in, grab the chicken breast, freshly made salsa, yummy guacamole, cheese and tortillas ....oh and limes! and make the best chicken burritosThe items here are always fresh! You can't go wrong!**Always friendly

Marinated beef ribs is tough meat, expensive--- $6.99/lbs = 4 pieces of tough very chewy meat Pork adobo was alright, meat was more tender --- marinate was fair @ least not too salty!! Non marinated taco meat is the cheapest cut of meat and very tough!! Probably will not buy meat here again--- i'd rather buy premium beef @ Costco...I shopped here more for convenience!!

Amazing Carne Asada! I got a recommendation for this place over the weekend, my normal go to for marinated meats is Valley Farms but they are a bit pricey, it was a bit challenging to find, I would recommend taking Jamacha all the way and not crossing across Jamacha. The meat counter is in the back, I ordered Carne Asada, Pollo, and Adobado to start with, I picked up the green salsa and some hot carrots. Dinner was a hit! I decided to go back today and pick up more meat, this time they had FRESH ceviche! A+! It was fantastic.Prices are fantastic, they have a nice selection of different meats (marinated and non marinated) and lots of fresh made salsas going from mild to extra spicy. You can also pick up some rice and beans to go with dinner. 5+ stars for this market, highly recommend you check it out.

As others have said, if you're looking for marinated meats, this is the spot! They have it all and it's always sooo good. The salsa is really good as well & everything always seems to be really fresh. They did have the shrimp we bought frozen in the back and they defrosted it for us. I thought that was a bit strange. The guys working there are always very nice. Overall, it's a great little spot and I'm glad to have it close by! :)

This is a nice small neighborhood market that I like to stop in for items I need, when I am in the area. This time around I picked up some yams and flour tortillas. I scored on these, and the flour tortillas were made and delivered in the morning and only cost $1.29 per pack of dozen. I was going to pick up some Hass avocados, which were .89 a piece, but they were a little over ripe for what I was looking for, so I passed.They have a butcher on hand, which a variety of meat cuts available, including marinated carne and pollo asada. The place is small but they carry most of the main necessities and cater to more of the Mexican-American community in the area, but everyone is welcomed of course. Nice people work here...

Been here a couple times. I have bought meat for Carne asada and for Pozole. Definitely better quality than going to north gate or another chain market. Their menudo on the weekend is really good too and their homemade salsas.

Good prices on meats and other items. Carnitas are delicious and fresh made salsa is so tasty. They sell fresh tortillas de maize everyday too. Friendly service towards customers. I will definitely recommend La Presa Market!

Our favorite neighborhood store. We count on it for many items, brands, and cuts of meat we won't find elsewhere. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
