La Pizzeria Arrivederci

Love this place so much! Great pizza here, love the fresh new interior and the intimacy of this place is supported by nice attentive staff. The salads are also delicious.

Cute place in Hillcrest. Parking is very limited in the area. Service was efficient and friendly. Food was very good. I had the Chicken Parmesan. Nice portion of moist and tasty chicken breast with a tasty tomato sauce and cheese. I asked for meat sauce instead of marinara on the spaghetti, they accommodated my request. The spaghetti and meat sauce that accompanied the entree were also very good. Menu prices were very reasonable and portions were generous.

We love this little restaurant! Delicious food, and the Italian charm of the waiters is real. Our favorite dish is the arugula, shrimp salad but everything they serve is so good!

Excellent pizza. The dough is delicious. The waiters are wonderful. One of my very favorite places for authentic pizza. Oh the sauce is great too.

great pizza here but unfortunately the hours on yelp are wrong. They are never open for lunch. they open at 5pm. Hours should be updated.

I made a last-minute reservation for a friend's birthday so there were about 11 of us and they accommodated all of us and made sure it was all taken care of. It has low lighting and they have this Christmas tree in the restaurant to give you the holiday vibes. The food was priced in the $20 range for the pastas and the pizzas I am not too sure cause I wasn't really looking. I got the bolognese and it was so delicious, you could tell it was a correctly made Bolognese that tasted so wonderfully. It's a definite place to go if you are looking for authentic Italian food.

The pizza is bomb. Even after sitting in the fridge as leftovers for a few days, I enjoyed it largely. The service is so pleasant and genuine, none of the fake customer-service-voice malarkey. Just genuinely pleasant people and environment. Loved this place so much and will definitely be back. Pop off La Pizzeria Arrivederci! Much love.

I've been to Italy and this is authentic pizza! There are beautiful terracotta floors and wine racks. The restaurant staff all seemed to speak Italian, and the server was very attentive. The cheeses were delicious and rich without being greasy. We like the bread to start with as well. We had a salad and 2 pizzas and it was more than enough for 3 people.

Today I went back after two months: The first visit two months ago we waited 25 minutes to be served because the waiter was to busy chatting with his friends because of one had a birthday. The owner ended up asking us if we had ordered and served us.Tonight we went to dinner and ordered wine, pasta and calamari with zucchini. I asked for extra zucchini. The calamari and zucchini came and I asked about that the extra zucchini which came out separate. The calamari and zucchini were soggy. I tasted the food and it wasn't good so, I put it to the side.My friend said I should ask them to cook it longer to make it crispier. I said it is okay. He ask the waiter ( the same one two months ago to busy chatting to serve us) the shorter of the two, if they could cook the calamari longer to make it crispier, the waiters response and I quote " no but you can do it at home."Later he came and brought the check and asked if we wanted a to go box for the soggy calamari that was asked to be cooked harder.We had order 4 glasses of red wine but on our bill we were charged for 2 red and 2 white wines. This may seem little but it showed the lack of customer service and attention to detail. I didn't ask for anything to be taken off the bill because it gave me a chance to write this and to note the customer service has fallen at La Pizzeria Arrivederci. There use to be woman who worked there and she gave amazing service but I can't say that about the service anymore.
