La Pasadita Hot Dogs - Avondale

Hot DogsIt's nice to find a place that sells a good tasting hot dog. La Pasadita has a nice selection of hot dogs with various toppings. Everything is made fresh to order and your order arrives quickly. The hot dogs are good tasting as were the fries.The restraunt is clean, the staff are accomdating, and the service is quick.

Sooooo good and is an actually authentic Sonoran hot dog.Do yourself a favor and go.The place is clean and I will absolutely be returning !

Ordered here for takeout. Once I arrived home I noticed some of the hotdogs had condiments. To confirm the order was incorrect I grabbed the hot dogs with my hands to check that they did not include the condiments I requested to be removed. I decided to return to the restaurant and call so that the replacements were ready when I arrived. The woman on the phone questioned me and asked if I had the order to provide them. I told them yes and headed down. Upon arrival a younger lady asked for the name of the order and told me it would be a few minutes. No apologies no customer service. While I waited I sat next to the entrance and faced the kitchen to make sure they did not just wipe off the condiments when I noticed that the staff thought I was not looking and the younger lady handed the hotdogs to a younger male who then tossed them into the steamer/water. When I saw this I asked for a refund. I spoke with Lucy and I asked why they threw the hotdogs back into the prep area without concern of me touching them, she then tried to lie and after telling her I saw them, Lucy then asked "you did not touch them did you?" I told Lucy yes because I checked them all for condiments and told her that was unacceptable. Lucy then told me that if I had a restaurant I would understand, I asked if that was her restaurant, she responded "I am only following orders from the boss", I asked if the owner told her to put returned orders back for reuse and she stated "yes, the owner told me too". Not only did I physically touch the hotdogs but it takes me 15 minutes one way to get to this place and they were placed back in with your food. Beware !

I had this elderly man take my order and on one of the plates of hotdogs he overcharged and yet didn't give me what I wanted on the hotdogs, I drove back to ask for what was messing and he didn't even apologize for wasting customer time.

I had delivery request for this place. It's in one of the most busiest intersections in the city. Dysart/I-10 freeway. Once I battled thru the traffic. I get there and the food wasn't ready. Then I'm watching one of the workers eating and preparing food at the same time. She literally had a plate of food on the line while she was preparing food with no gloves. I asked her in Spanish why is she eating and preparing food on the line. She mumbles something incoherent and pushes her food plate off to the side where nobody can see it. Needless to say that was disgusting and I definitely won't be eating there.

Really surprised by the low ratings. Food was great and freshly cooked. Service was quick and staff was nice. Dined in and the restaurant itself is also really clean, definitely recommend the Arizona dog!

Hotdogs, taste like they were cooked three days ago terrible would not recommend this place to anybody

As one who is constantly looking for good Sonoran hotdogs, I was pleasantly surprised to find La Pasadita on Dysart Road. It was Friday evening and they were quite busy. I did find the facility clean and the service attentive and pleasant. My hot dog was one of the best I have had in a very long time. I certainly will be back in the very near future.
