Great selectionMichoacana offers a nice variety of ice cream, paletas and Raspando which all were delicious. On my next visit I want to try the Elote in a cup, that has always been one of my favorites.Great customer service and a few unique flavors you won't find anywhere else

At first this place was clean and always had All the flavors and they had lots of workers helping out. But now the service is bad they are ALWAYS low on flavors the girls that are working there are rude. The way they answer to our questions are just not professional. One day we asked for a Banana split and the girl said with an attitude they had No Bananas and I asked if she could check in the back her response was "No I'm sure we don't have any" what you want me to go to Walmart and get you some " laughing with another worker (she said it in Spanish thinking I was not going to understand her) for her surprise I answer her back with " Thanks I see they trained you well" and I walked away.(in Spanish) I said I was never going to come back but We gave it a last chance last weekend but the place still looks the same NO FLAVORS all they have are like 5 regular ones and there was only two girls working One was on her phone all the time . This place needs a new management or just close it down. If we had a choice for 0 stars I would choose 0 !

Today is the Grand opening of this new location. It's bigger than the location on 6544 W Thomas, but you'll get the same goodies at both locations. I'm a big fan of mango plus things that are savory, sweet, and with a big Unami punch to the mouth! The Mangonada is perfect! Plus it's just a gorgeous presentation! My favorite thing to get is the pistachio paleta! The pistachio flavor is so strong and the bits of pistachio pieces gives it a nice texture. If you were disappointed in Starbucks pistachio latte then come try this. It's not lacking flavor. I'm happy this location has opened as the other was a bit farther if a drive, but always worth a stop when in that area!!

Found this spot by searching Yelp. It's literally down the street from me and I would've never saw. It's super colorful in here! I love it. They have such a variety if options from snacks to ice cream to drinks and so much more! I got the gummy bear and strawberry kiwi paletas. They were sooooo good. I was overwhelmed by all of the options and such a long line so that's al I got. I'll be sure to try the drinks and ice cream next time!

Had a mango water and it tasted old and past its expiration date. Seems like they just added sugar to try and disguise the taste but the rotten mango was so pungent it could not be disguised.

When this location first opened up a couple of years ago, it was great. The place was clean, the ambiance was electric, service was quick, and they had all the ice cream flavors you could imagine. Now however, the overall business seems run down. There's a lot of ice cream flavors out of stock, rewards systems are often not functioning, it smells like dirty mop water, the ambiance is dead, and there's not enough personnel. I (and I'm sure hundreds of customers) would love if the original mango ice cream is brought back... this new one is watered down and tastes artificial. A menu with prices and ingredients would be incredibly helpful as well.Hoping things improve for the sake of customers.
