Came to get some corn in a cup and asked for no mayo. The girl read it back to me to make sure it was correct which it was. I took it to go and then got home to find most of my cup filled with mayo. So disappointed in the little attention to detail they have. Will not be back.

I came here with a group for dessert and we had such a good experience. Even though there was a big group right in front of us, we were served quickly. It's a convenient spot, with bilingual employees, plenty of indoor seating, and easy parking. It's also fun and colorful inside. When it comes to price compared to quality, this place knows what they're doing. Compared to other spots in Phoenix, it was affordable. All the flavors were delicious, from passionfruit to snickers to classic chocolate and the fancy strawberry sundae (fresada). I'll definitely return to try new things, especially as the summer goes on.

The tosti ceviche is always really good! Service is okay they've gotten my order wrong more than a few times but a solid place to get desserts at.

Went here on a Sunday evening and it was BUSY. We were greeted and ordered quickly. It was a little overwhelming since it was my first time. It felt a little rushed and was difficult to read the menu/go over all options without holding up the line. I ordered a small fresas con crema with a scoop of fruity pebble ice cream on top. My son got a single scoop of Oreo ice cream in a cone. We sat to wait and the server called me back to the counter because she forgot to ask me certain questions about the strawberries and cream I ordered. The total was $18 for what I felt are basic items. A little pricey to me. The store was clean and had very cute decor.

service was good, choco banana tasted like refrigerator. Wasn't anything good or special. Place was full and cramped. Overall - would only order to go.

The service is always on point. The food is awesome. Even when it's packed, the service is great and good on time.

If you're looking for a place to get sick, then this is the restaurant for you! I had the misfortune of eating at this establishment, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. We ordered elote en vaso with everything except butter. We noticed the staff member making it put the butter in the cup (the ingredient we didn't want) after she realized she made a mistake, she scooped it out with a silicone spatula. She then aggressively rubbed it inside the dirty trash to clean it off and then put the spatula back into my cup. It was absolutely disgusting to watch. This is unacceptable as they have an open kitchen. Even on open doors they have unsanitary habits and they are not afraid to show them. In short, I would highly advise staying away from this restaurant unless you want to get food poisoning or worse. The poor sanitary conditions are a clear indication of the disregard for customer safety, and it's only a matter of time before this place gets shut down for good.

Service was horrible gave me the wrong order TWICE . Had to go back and get it redone she still gave me the wrong order AGAIN , this time it seemed like she just threw a whole bunch of cheese on my tosti-locos . My chips were super stale ! My mangonada had PLASTIC inside .

Service is very bad, especially by the owner! They are very rude and don't care about their customers. The food was not good either. When I got there they were already closing 30 minutes early and got mad at paying customers for being there. I would highly recommend not eating here.

Zero stars for me! Very bad customer service, specially by the owner. They take your order with a very bad attitude. Food it's okay. Thanks to the customers they have a job. Employees should Be a little more grateful for having a job.
