We had the raspados and the nachos the fresa from the raspado was delicious with strawberry chunks it was so delicious the nacho cheese was ok I'm kind of picky when it comes to nacho cheese with that being said I'd definitely get the nachos again all in all this place is solid will definitely be going back to it and trying more options

I'm surprised by all the bad reviews. The ladies that tended to us were not rude and the treats were pretty good.The aguas frescas weren't the best, that I have to admit. Most were water based. My favorite is aguas de melon but with milk base and here, they only have water base. Agua de frutas is milk based and it's good, but it lacks guava which is crucial in agua de frutas.Elote en vaso is also pretty good but... every time I come here it's lukewarm. I like them piping hot.Paletas are another of my family's favorite and they have liked all the flavors have tried so far.Fresas con crema: one of my kids favorite treats. They like them here but they state they have had better elsewhere.Overall, pretty decent snacks if you are near the area but you can definitely find better in other places.

We've been at this location several time, I do like it could be a little cleaner. The people attending the place hace always been nice. I also think they have a pretty extensive menu so a lot to choose from.

Well here we are not my go to for ice cream but I was pleasantly surprised at the selection I went with a scoop cheesecake it was delightful to wash it down I grabbed some horchata it was decent a bit too sweet for my taste overall a good place to check out if your in the area

WOW lots of options for their Paletas, a list of flavors on their screens would be nice. I had the rice pudding [arroz con leche] paleta. It was amazing, great flavor not too sweet.

I hate to leave a bad review since I was so eager to try this place and their Instagram pics look amazing (false advertisement at its finest) most of the items they feature on their page are not even Available when you visit in person. I bought over a dozen of paletas, which was a huge mistake because they were all terrible except for the pineapple one. All of their flavors are basically cream and sugar there's nothing that makes each paleta flavor unique, just cream and sugar thrown together and made into a paleta. Very disappointing. Their nacho cheese was too thick and Luke warm, how can you mess up tostinachos? The fruit flavored paletas were extremely sweet, again just water and sugar based WTF! Also got 2 scoops of ice cream 1scoop pistachio and 1 scoop strawberry again all I could taste was cream and heavy on the sugar and tiny bits of pistachios here and there....the last straw was the damn esquites (corn in a cup) they use sweet corn for their esquites!!!!!!! Complete rip off and to top it off they were bathed in that melted butter that comes in a bottle. Honestly why do ppl open businesses just to serve crappy food. I expect my esquites to be made with white Corn not the sweet kind that you would use for corn bread. I just can't. I'll never go back, they were almost out of everything, what they did have sucked and also the employees were so unwelcoming.

this has been the worst customer service experience ever. Not one where they there lady so disrespectful there food is the even worse. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

Amazing! The service is always wonderful, the employees are willing to let you sample things and were very patient with us. Everything we've had has been delicious. We went for the Fresas Con Crema and an aqua Fresca. We got a melon Aqua Fresca and it was phenomena, as was the fresas con crema!

Worst costumer service ever the girls were having a terrible attitude towards my mom because she's couldn't hear and has hearing problems They were rolling their eyes and and didn't had no patience's at allDon't appreciate how the way my mom was treated at all is really disgusting with my mother this situation. Another part about this place is that they aren't following covid or food allergy guidelines at all. Employees were not wearing their maskAnd weren't didn't had no gloves while handling frozen food.Never going to this place ever again.
