Holy molé! This place is epic. The Nachos La Fuente was one of the best plates of nachos I've ever had. Add chicken and honestly, the small plate is plenty for 3-4 people as an appetizer. I can't even imagine what the large plate is like. The chicken molé was on point and the Enchiladas Sunrise was delicious. Enchiladas with eggs on top? Yes please!Service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean and on-brand. A really solid choice for good Mexican food.

I've been going here for years. Food is always good and servers are always friendly. The ambience is comfortable but can get noisy at times.

What a disappointment.. i really dont wanna give bad review on mom n pop restaurant bc i kno how that feels.. but this one was just bad... this place have pretty good reviews n been in business for a long time so i thought itd be a hit n we love mexican food.. but man..: so sad.. the interior was so old.. but if food was good then i we wouldv accepted.. but food was just bad... Service wise..we ordered magarita on the work no salt... came with salt... fajita with corn tortilla but came flour tortilla.. then we asked for more napkins and when he brought the napkins my wife open the utensil n it was a filthy fork and the server saw it and he took it away very fast without sayin anything...Food: ordered one taco... uh... it was a hard taco with ground. Beef.... Just like taco bell for $4.50....Fajita- it was ok... Cheese quesadilla.. it was just ched cheese melted on flour tortilla.. it wasnt even mexican cheese.... Sauces on the table... so old inside was all crusted... Magarita... so bad wife couldnt drink it n asked for a beer..Wife said you know whats the best in this restaurant? I said beer... she laughed... sighWhat a disappointment... i thought it would be a authentic mexican restaurant but it was simply bad... n dirty... i was scared if i got a food poison.. if owner read this please dm me... bc i dont to help small business n not hurt their business..

Nah. This is a large place that seems to be larger skating on past laurels. Food was okay at best. My chile relleno was the inside out type, and it was super heavy on the cheese. Other stuff was equally just okay. And their payment system was down because their internet was down. Huh? Use a hotspot while you wait for a fix.Won't return. There are much better Mexican and Mexican-American restaurants in the region.

I can't believe I have never reviewed this La Fuente. Over the last 30 years I've probably been there 30 times. I'm pretty sure it's a "sister" restaurant to the one in Fairwood. This one is the prettier sister. On this visit my friend and I both got lunch combos. I ordered a beef tostada & chicken enchilada. Both were delicious. I thought I was going to clean my plate but couldn't quite finish my enchilada and beans & rice. Happily enjoyed them as leftovers for lunch the next day. My friend ordered 2 cheese enchiladas. She took one bite and realized they were chicken. Not one to complain or waste food she was going to just eat them when our waiter arrived with her cheese enchiladas realizing there had been a mistake. Our water glasses were kept filled and we were offered refills on chips & salsa. It was quite cold inside when we arrived as the first lunch guests of the day. In the ladies room the first bathroom stall you come to is child size. Very low to the floor. Use the handicap stall unless you like sitting on very low toilets.

Excellent Cadillac Margaritas and happy hour menu. $10 enchilada with rice and beans. Good deal and good food.I have been coming in off and on for 20+ years. The decor looks about the same, in definite need of a remodel.

The colorado burrito and the rice was good. Taquitos were okay. We also got flan (not pictured) and it was sour-tasting.

Just another Mexican restaurant. Nothing special, too much cheese. For authenticity I'll take the Mexican food trucks any day. At least they're real.

I had a chicken burrito for to go. Really good and huge portion. This place has better food than the Fairwood location. Great place to bring the family.

When I have a craving for Mexican food, this is the place I go to. I enjoy supporting this mom and pop shop over the big chains. The place has older decor, but the food is good! The service is good too. For the price that you pay, you get a lot of food too. I always have a to-go bag. The menu has almost too many options, so you're bound to find something you like on it. Right after you sit down, they bring over warm tortilla chips and salsa. It's hard to not fill up on these because it's so good especially if you like your salsa spicy.
