La Costeñita Cuisine

I hired La Cosenita for a Day of the Dead Halloween party with around 50 guests. My original caterer cancelled on me less than 2 weeks from my event, so I was in a panic. Clarisa saved the day! She was so easy to work with! Great communication, very responsive and reliable! My guests absolutely loved the food! I had a choice of 3 items...I chose chicken, pork pastor, and carne asada. My guests could choose from street tacos, quesadillas or burritos...rice, beans, chips, sour cream, guacamole, and salsa bar were included. She also had horchata as well. The truck was fully equipped...they didn't need water or power and parked in my driveway. It was absolutely perfect! I would hire again for my next event!

I was craving for Quesadbirria and these guys had them! When the server took my order I asked if they have been here before and he said that they are super new. Originally from the Bay Area in California. I thought to myself "these guys 'must' make a killer Quesadbirria"... and I was right!You get 3 Quesadbirrias for the price of $15 and if you want you can add a delicious Consume for an additional $3.00. As for the food, it was so juicy and delicious on every bite. You can taste the crispy onion, the moist shredded beef, the cilantro and crunchy tortilla. I also asked for the Consume to dip my Quesadbirrias in...golden! I plan on trying their tacos and burrito next time around.I highly recommend trying them out, enjoy. :)
