La Costa Taqueria

The good - we've eaten here before and it's always amazing. The bad - it is NOT amazing today. Rice seems old and stale. More than a few rice "balls" on my plate. The beans are cold... and the muleta is so GREASY I won't even eat it. Really disappointed.

This is my cousin's favorite taco place so of course I'm giving it a 5. It's a taco truck tucked in a parking lot of a gas station in Everett. The tacos are so authentic and all the ingredients are fresh. The people that work there are so nice. Pro tip is to call ahead on the way there because they make the tacos fresh.

One of the best veggie burritos I've had in awhile. Friendly service and SUPER fast. The burrito was simple which is what I wanted. Rice, beans, lettuce, pico and I asked for green sauce. Being from Cali, I'm used to taco trucks on every corner. So this made me excited for something so simple but tasty. It's right at the shell gas station on 128th at the freeway entrance. With construction going on it's hard to circle back to go the opposite direction of 128th but it's worth it.

I was visiting Washington and came across this place. This is as such a poor interpretation of Mexican food. All meats tasted the same no seasoning or flavor. The sauces also had no flavor and watered down. I am Mexican and reside in Texas. I was embarrassed this is the idea that people in Washington have towards Mexican food. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Good serving size and good customer service, I would've given a 5 but I wish they put queso fresco instead of shredded cheese on my torta to be more authentic but other then that very good food!

I've heard good things about this place so we've been wanting to check it out. We hardly ever carry cash and we always forget that it's cash only. Something worth noting! But today we finally had the chance to try and I'm so glad we did! We got different tacos including carne asada, al pastor, carnitas, tripe, and head meat. The tripe and head meat were my favorite! For those who are on the more "adventurous" side of eating. (For my husband and I it's normal since it's something found in our cuisines of our cultures!) But the al pastor and carnitas were really good too. Very flavorful and stands out from other places! The only negative was their carne asada was kinda dry and bland. Could've just been a bad day but everything else was so good! 10000% recommend! I've had lots of Mexican food from all kinds of places including street food in Mexico and this place is high up on my list!

Food is great here I love their tacos my man always gets a quesadilla service is good they are very friendly tbh if this place opens a location as a restaurant I will definitely go! The place is clean and nitty it's cute and it's a fast and go place too love it!

I was craving tacos and was looking for something close by and came across this truck. I ordered three Al Pastor tacos. The meat was cooked decent and was flavorful. some tacos were crisp while others were soft hot sauce and mild sauce went well with the tacos. Overall, I would recommend this place. Give it a try. There are seats outside where you can sit and it's in the parking lot where the shell gas pump is.

Best bang for your buck Mexican food in Everett. You will leave the place statistics.

The food is amazing here. The people are very polite. I highly suggest this food it's very delicious. Best food truck I've eaten in Washington. Authentic Mexican food. I love it!!!
