La Central Taqueria

The food is amazing, prices are decent, the setting is amazing. The younger bleached top haired gentleman was on his phone the whole time and didn't seem interested in taking our order, but the service every other time has been amazing from the other workers. Great birria tacos, and micheladas! All cooked in front of you too. Grill staff is very kind.

Amazing place with some amazing tacos! The staff is lovely and took time to explain items on the menu I had questions about. The prices are very reasonable, the food obviously very tasty, and I also love their drink choices. 5 stars for the al pastor. Will definitely come back.

Food is consistently good. I order takeout here when I don't feel cooking. Their carne asada fries are so good!

Worth turning around on 410 for. Do not sleep on this joint. Here is what I ordered:Tacos Dorados - Simple and satisfying. The dish was fresh and flavorful. White beans are delicious and so is the rice. I combined the rice, beans, lettuce with crema and cotija onto each bite and it was (insert chef's kiss)Birria Taco - It had a perfectly gentle crunch. Overall rating is a a juicy flavor bomb. Would eat again, and will eat again next time I am in town.

I have learned that when a place doesn't have a website or the Yelp page isn't claimed, it's always better to call first. I can't tell you how many times, I've made a dedicated drive to a remote location like this only to find the restaurant closed early or had hours that did not match what was posted on the yelp profile page. I called this place this past Saturday afternoon. I was curious if they were open and if they were affiliated with the Kent taqueria with the same name. After two separate calls, the call was dropped after there was no answer. Rather than risk the near hour drive, I elected to cross this place off my list. Reviews are promising, but if you don't answer the phone, you are losing business. I'll just assume your to go business is not booming.

Got birria tacos, consume, and quesadilla. The quesadilla was very different with lettuce in it. The birria tacos were ok.Just an average place, and a bit over priced,

Great authentic Mexican food. The best chili relleno I've had in ages! The enchilada sauce was tasty and fresh.

La Central Taqueria was a pleasant surprise. We had the chicken and carnitas tacos combo. Authentic and fresh. The lime margarita was spot on fresh and not made with sugary substitutions. Plus, I like when a restaurant plays music that matches their cuisine. I will be coming back and bringing the rest of the family.

Friendly staff. Great food. Love the street tacos. Very authentic. Habanero salsa is the bomb.

Best Birria tacos in East Pierce County, and the employees are fantastic!!!If you find yourself in Bonney Lake this place is a must try kinda place, you'll love it like I did!!!
