Packed with goodies but I hope you have at least a grasp on Spanish since nothing is in English and I am not sure the staff knows much. Prices are great and you can tell things are fresh and handmade. I believe it is cash only but all you need is your pocket change and you're golden

The pastries are always fresh, the prices are extremely reasonable and they have a large variety to choose from. I would highly recommend this place, especially in comparison to other places nearby. Your money will go a lot further here. I have been coming to this location for twenty years, it is a pilsen staple.

Purchased a Rosca de Reyes from here and let me tell you!!! It was the best I've ever had in my life. Lol we usually purchase the Rosca from Costco or Sam's Club because it's easier and cheaper. But we will never do that again! La Central will be our go to for sure!

The conchas are the bomb especially fresh off the oven it's Heaven in your mouth!! They also have chocolate ones too.Bolillos are very good crispy and soft inside, great with scrambled eggs and bacon my choice of course.An alternative to a bagel or toasted bread.I have been coming here for years.They also have loads of other great sweet breads it's up to you to discover and choose what you like.

Always fresh, delicious and great quality. Family has been coming here for over 30 years. Best Conchas and super affordable.
