La Carreta De Lily

It was really good but the day we were there it was hot inside. Not sure that is their fault but didn't make us want to eat there

While I used to love going to the original Carreta de Lily, I feel like the quality lacks at this location and you never really know what you're going to get. For example, there are times where we order corn on the cob and it's extremely dry and no flavor. I feel like everything is very inconsistent. This time we ordered a refresher and when it we received it, it had little to no ice and the drink wasn't even cold. We ended up having to ask for more ice.I do like that they have a little bit more options now. It being close to my house is convenient but I know that it won't be the best.

I wish we saw the reviews before coming. I came with some friends an hour before closing (so a decent amount of time you would think) and we ordered raspados. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. They were so stingy and the quality was terrible. Tasted watered down and sour. Service was rude when we asked for a different flavor. Overall, bad way to end the night and way overpriced.

I was soooo excited to try this bee raspado place. I was let down. My raspado had dime sized ice chunks not even close to shaved ice. The store was clean. Bummers

Place is clean. Service is HORRIBLE. Both ladies there look so unhappy and they have a bad attitude with clients. Food was presentable BUT this morning I woke up with stomach problems due to the food. Will never return here they need new management!

Little girl infront is always rude she acts like she doesn't want to be there they need to find another cashier or something or have the workers learn some customer service smh !

Pretty disappointed at this visit and location. It was my first time coming to this location, I asked what a piña loca had and she explained the details: pina with tajin, chamoy, peanuts and mango/orange juice raspado inside. We paid $16 and got a pina with tajin & chamoy. Probably like 3 pieces of ice at the very bottom and a sip of juice, we asked the lady who took our order and she gave us a separate cup with the mango juice. Picture and description very deceiving. Would not come to this location again. Not worth it

The lady that helped (her name was meli) us today was really rude Being is this business you have to know that there will be large families with very undecided full kids She kept tooling hers eyes when my kids had to order And acted like we were taking much of her time I hope our treats/snacks are good We will never return and will not recommend anyone out here Sorry carreta lost a loyal customer

Las personas que trabajan aquí aparte de ineptas son prepotentes. Les pides una cosa y te dan otra. They don't know their own menu and they ALWAYS screw up somehow some way. Something is always missing in our order. The owner should be more selective In the hiring process because the ladies that work there are horrible and they answer you back with an attitude after you tell them they did something wrong or something is missing. Please train your employees!!!

Cada día que voy están peor, las viejas acen lo que le da su gana con tu orden, luego cuando les dices que la orden está mal, se miran entre ellas y se enojan a arreglarla. Desde que entraron estas dos viejillas el servicio a bajado mucho. Para acabarla de chingar no se saben el menú les dices lo que quieres y dicen eso no lo tenemos ??? Como doña si llevo años ordenando lo mismo. Las dos están igual de pendejas la verdad.
