Amazing food! Everything we ate was delicious and had so much flavor. The tortillas were fresh and handmade and my chicken was cooked perfectly--juicy and not dry at all.We had a party of 3 and came at around 6pm on a Saturday. The parking lot was full but we were able to find street parking nearby (it's free!). It was definitely busy and there isn't really a place to wait for a table inside but we only had for wait for around 10 minutes. There are a few bar seats in addition to table seats. They don't take reservations and there isn't a sign up paper once you get there. We just made eye contact with one of the waitresses and let her know that we'd be waiting outside. They're very busy (including preparing takeout orders) but everyone was very friendly! They were attentive with refilling our waters and my partner's beer. The food took a while to come out but we were there with a friend so it gave us time to catch up.I got the El Casado, my partner got the carne asada and a pupusa, and my friend got the molcajete. Everyone said their food was amazing. The prices seem a bit expensive at first but you get so much food and again, everything was seasoned well and cooked to perfection. They provide a spicy sauce (that's actually spicy!) and a mild sauce in squeeze bottles too.I will note that I had ordered some pastelitos that never came so my friend and I were getting pretty hungry while my husband was snacking on his pupusa before all of our entrees arrived.Because it's a small space, it gets pretty noisy. If you're sensitive to noise, it's definitely somewhere to bring noise-cancelling headphones or earbuds.Overall, a great experience and definitely somewhere I'd go for special occasions with a chill, home like atmosphere.

You know it's good because it's always busy. I usually go for takeout but the eat in experience is fun since it's always lively in there. It's not cheap but you do get a lot of food.

I used to always pass by this place not knowing that they were serving up some of the best Latin dishes in the area. There's so many dishes to try, but you can't go wrong with any them. I got the Bistec Encebollado and my friend got the Hilachas De Carne and both were SO good. They have a solid meat + rice combo. The restaurant itself is pretty small, but always gotten lucky finding a seat. Plus they have their own parking! So If you're looking to branch out and try some new cuisines, I would highly check this place out!!

Went here for birthday lunch (around 1 on a Saturday) and it hit the spot. The place was packed but we snagged the last table. After we were seated, a line formed at the door so get there early. As a Latina, I thought the food was flavorful and authentic. I had the molcajete, which was good but the nopal in this dish wasn't my favorite. Pupusas were delicious and the rest of our group ordered maduros, and the carne asada which were also great. Definitely planning to come back!

Found this place randomly. It's a really small place in north seattle. They do have a parking lot. Small interior. We got the chorizo and cheese and chicken and cheese pupusas. We also got the El Casado. All three were delicious. Everything was really flavorful. They do give tortillas with some of the dishes and you can tell they're freshly made. Service was also great. Next time I'll try the pollo guisado

This place was recommended to me by a friend and it was great! There is a free parking lot, the staff is really friendly, and the food was delicious. We came in at dinner time and were seated right away. We ordered A LOT of food but we weren't upset about it. My favorite items were probably the pastelitos (with ground beef) and the platano fritos. I also tried a carne asada taco that was good and some chips/guac. My least favorite item was actually the pupusa which is something they're known for. I still liked it but I might skip it next time I come. I got the chicken and cheese and honestly could not taste any chicken. It tasted to me like a thick cheese quesadilla. All in all, I had a really great experience and I look forward to coming back here often. I would highly recommend!

Authentic and delicious!. We were the only non- hispanic in the place and it was full. I had a traditional meat sampler that was completely delicious and so much food I had to take half home. Definitely if you want non-chain Hispanic food, try this!

The food is delicious and worth it! The place is a bit tiny and can get crowded at times, but overall I love coming here. Definitely recommend trying their Molcajete, rice, and pupusas.
