I really wanted to like this place, but there was too much wrong. Ordering one chicken and one beef teriyaki took 20 minutes in an empty room.Next, they first gave my order to someone else who came in after me - and after she opened it and took a bite and returned it, tried to give it to me.If that wasn't enough, the teriyaki sauce was like gravy. Thick and gelatinous and weird. Seattle is known for some of the best teriyaki in the country, and I will go elsewhere. But hey, the chicken was cooked well!

The majority of teriyaki restaurants in the states don't actually serve teriyaki, but rather Korean bbq.....since they are owned and operated most largely by Korean Americans. L L Teriyaki is owned and operated by Vietnamese Americans, since the previous restaurant in this unit was also a Vietnamese/Chinese fusion restaurant. What you get here is actually Vietnamese stir fry served like teriyaki, and let me tell you it is damn good. I've had the beef teriyaki as well as their chicken and both are incredible....portions are generous and the price is well below average. Expect to be out the door at around 7-8 bucks after tax. If only people realized how cheap this place was compared rainier teriyaki and ichiro teriyaki, they'd be coming here instead. I'm a definite fan!

A lot of delicious food for a great price. Tapioca pearls were not mushy and the taro milk tea wasn't too sweet. Service was very friendly!

I used to love L&L Teriyaki... the best place to grab some fast and cheap teriyaki during lunch hour at Franklin High School. The service wasn't impeccable, but they tried their best. I have been going to this place for years now... and unfortunately, the quality of food seems to be lacking sometimes. I have tried everything here from their beef to chicken, to shrimp, to gyoza and pork. I think their yakisoba is delicious and the portions are huge. Their chicken teriyaki is just okay because they reheat it instead of making it fresh sometimes. However, if you order half an order, it's like $3 so that's pretty nice. Their sauce is a little too salty for my liking, but I would definitely come here when I'm desperate. I still stop by here and there to give them service because they are really nice and sweet people. Parking lot is a little tight but the food is definitely good, just not over the top bomb dot com. Prices usually start from $5.99 and it doesn't get much more pricier than $6.99. Very good prices and nice portions that will keep you full and leave you with a happy belly!

When your guy asks you to meet him for a quick bite and sends you the address to this place, just don't go... Stay home... In fact, if you were starving to death and the only two options were sawing off your own arm and eating that, or getting food from L L Teriyaki- you should find something sturdy to bite down on and find a way to make your right arm into some kind of main course. I'm one hundred percent certain that my chicken came out of the microwave - all ten little pieces of it, and it was bad...very, very bad.But it makes for a fun story later.

Yuck. What's redeeming about this place?Hmm... the tea is pretty good...As for ambiance - there's a broken stereo pumping out loud, distorted music and commercials from some annoying radio station. I know it's kind of passe to critique ambiance, but this was extremely annoying. The food was microwaved. The big chest freezer is visible from the dining room, and you can see the guy in the back come out to take your food out of the freezer. I think it likely goes right into the microwave. My food was cold in the center. An item that was supposed to be deep fried was moist and dank.Honestly, I can go spend $4.99 at the grocery store for a TV dinner, properly microwave it, then eat it on my couch and get something better than is offered here.

This place is absolutely amazing. I used to go to high school legitimately a block away from this place and for four years I went there almost every single day on my lunch break or after school they knew my name. These people are amazing and it's like extremely inexpensive and so yummy and you get so much for so little. It's a great option if you end up going to Franklin high school.

I used to come here all the time during my lunch breaks when I was in high school - which was 6 years ago. I gave them a visit today and was incredibly surprised that their prices have not changed after 6 YEARS!!! With today's economy, I'm really impressed that they can still provide cheap prices ($7 for a large teriyaki??) that tastes absolutely delicious.More on their prices - nothing on their menu costs more than $10! This is the place you need to go if you want a cheap yet delicious meal. This is probably one of the most affordable restaurants I can think of. Also, the owners here are incredibly nice. Without knowing, I came in 10 mins after closing time and they still took my order and were really friendly about it too.If you want affordable & delicious teriyaki or pho, come to this restaurant and support these great owners. They deserve more business!

This is just another small business that i enjoy stopping by to because 1) deals, 2) deals, and 3) .....deals!! Lol...The restaurant is located in a small plaza next to well's fargo on rainier! (By FHS) . When you walk in you'll see a really small space with seating around the walls and a few tables. Its pretty chill in there I don't mind sitting down to eat. Again this is a small business so there isnt much to expect honestly unless you're very picky which I'm not really haha. The owner/manager is adorable and she's so sweet. I didn't get her name but she was very friendly. Some of the employees like the youngers guys are kind of hard to give requests to. My boyfriend went in and ordered a thai iced tea blended with tapioca. Usually we order from the main ladies but recently we ordered from these younger guys. They didn't know what "blended" meant! *laughing emoji* hahaha, i would be mad but its just funny how my boyfriend tried to explain how to blend a drink, but they just scooped a fat chunk of ice in the cup and called it that. But other than that one experience, i like their bubble tea here ! I like their boba/tapioca its always soft and chewy! Their price for it makes it bombeezy (:I usually just stop by and grab a $3 teriyaki bowl to go. Its cheap and quick, everybody questions their chicken lol but it's honestly good. Its their best deal here! This place overall has been around and should stay around (: its always been in convenience, and that's what a good business is imo.
