L & S Liquor Store

Stopped in here to buy some Spiced Rum for a client as a gift. Shiv (spelling?) was very helpful and very welcoming and friendly. Nice little store with good selection. Love dealing with small businesses. Will come here again and would highly recommend.

I love this store. It's convenient location makes it easy in and out. Owner is very knowledgeable and always eager to help out with selection or any question. Store has Great selections of Fine International wine and Spirits.

Best and absolute favorite liquor store. Great service, great tips, but most of all great selection. Like seriously I go in there often buying small pint bottles weekly. But everytime they have a great service even are carefully attending to you when your there.

How are y'all still in business? Terrible selection and high prices. Not to mention taking random breaks in the middle of the day. Lost my bidness

Worst experience ever. I was on the phone when I walked in and the cashier asked if I needed help. I told her no and that I was on the phone. As I was looking to see what they had which is very minimal I noticed the cashier frowned up behind me. I told her again I was on the phone she then said I asked you if you needed help in a aggressive tone . At that point due to the smell in the building and her behavior I knew she was high. I told her that's okay and as I was walking towards the door she gave me the directions to Spec's. I told her I didn't need directions. She continued to say something and yes I called her a crackhead. This store has no inventory and it smells. I don't mind paying extra when supporting small businesses but this place will never get my business and by reading Yelp and Google reviews people have had similar experiences and complaints

Walked in, in a pretty good mood and left feeling extremely uneasy and angry. I've been in once before and the woman who works here is extremely kind. The shorter, brown haired male(most likely the owner?) is extremely.. unhinged. I walk in to make a quick purchase and it seems the guy is clearly agitated to have me in there. After staring me down and having a little melt down over the phone ringing as well as cursing under his breath the whole time I'm minding my business I'm forced to assume there's something wrong with this guy. I ask a simple question about there orange liquors giving him the benefit of the doubt and he comes over to literally FLICK the bottles they do have. I then ask "I'm sorry are you about to close?" And he SAYS "no I've been having to go to the bathroom and customers keep walking in". I was in shock for a second. I just put my bottle back and left. If you are the owner and reading this I hope it came out okay bud!!

They need a new employee or manager. The owner should know how rude the guy working there is. He was cleaning the windows, I opened the door, he walked out without saying a word. I said to myself, wow how friendly they are here (jokingly). Some other customer walks in and gets him to help him with a bottle behind the counter, while the employees telling him he don't get paid to be there after 9pm, basically complaining about his job. It was 8:39pm. I said, "well i wanted help too when i came in". So after waiting my turn (when i was there first actually), he says what do you need. He pointed me in the direction, made my purchase and left with a pissed off, uneasy feeling and knowing that is never go back there again. Not with that rude service. He needs to hey a job he enjoys doing. I'm a business man myself, and I'd love to know someone was ruining my business like this guy. So i hope the owner takes more pride in his business and hires the right people to retain customers and grow his business instead of losing business.

Heard they had a Birthday Bourbon in stock. Agreed to pay $100 over retail for it and the owner wouldn't sell it. Said it was his own personal bottle after showing it off and ringing it up. Offered me a store pick Elijah Craig instead lol. And these smaller stores wonder why people shop at Total Wine and Specs instead of trying to do business with them. Always surprising to get turned down as a paying customer with these allocated bottles with cash in hand at the register. Business must be good!

Very rude when I simply called to ask if they were open. For all I know, they could've just closed or been there to do inventory only. To answer with "I wouldn't answer the phone if I weren't open ma'am" was just enough to drive this potential new customer away. The only polite part was "ma'am". Very monotone voice, like I was bothering him. Pardon the heck out of me for wanting to spend my hard earned money there. Small businesses should be smarter if they want t to survive.
