Kwan Tip Thai

Our small group really enjoyed our food!Very friendly service and no long wait.I ordered the Massamam curry and it was excellent!

I only ever ordered from Kwan Tip Thai via delivery and never got to experience the dine-in ambiance or service. But the food was always on point. I consistently ordered the Spring Rolls and Chicken, Beef or Shrimp Pad Thai and was always impressed with the quality, portion size, and temperature, even with delivery. If you're looking for delicious Thai delivery, this is your place.

Ordered the Crispy Garlic Chicken and my only complaint was rice wasn't included with the meal. The taste was exactly what the menu stated, crispy. Had a very crispy crunch with nicely touch of garlic sauce. I thought about ordering a second helping of it but decided not too. Service was excellent and felt very welcomed to be there. Will come back and enjoy some other dishes they offer.

This place is bomb. Hidden gems crispy garlic chicken is amazing but on the crunchier side. Crab fried rice is good as well. Thai tea is good! Come in a support them.

I tried this place a couple months ago but forgot to review it, and remembering how amazing it was. We decided to go here because my sister was really craving Thai food. Upon walking in, you just know the food will be amazing at how authentic it felt and smelled. The music playing reminded me of home. It reminded me of my grandmas home growing up. We got the pad thai, house fried rice and the crispy spicy chicken. Oh, and the curry. Honestly they have one of my favorite fried rices, it's so Smokey tasting, and I like it that way. We liked it so much we got it twice. Everything else was super tasty too, I just didn't care for the curry at that time. The portions were kind of small as well, or maybe it was just that we had 4 people. The service was great, and the lady taking our order was so sweet. I'd go here again 100%! Support local and try it out.

A friend suggested we get some to go from Kwan Tip Thai. They've dined here often for years - and they don't dine out often - so I wanted to see what was worthy of this place for them to keep returning. Don't want to be redundant. Small, cozy restaurant means don't expect any privacy at all in your conversations. Quiet. Parking. Easy to miss along 99 and may require circling around the block to get back. Lots of menu options. Reasonable prices. I'm told they do a lot of to go orders, like ours. I selected a variety of options to share and felt they were ok. If I was driving by again I'd stop in, but can't say that I'd drive 20-30 minutes again for to go.

When I have cravings, I have cravings. Often times I crave Thai food, specifically noodles. We've ordered delivery from here before and decided to come back. My bf and I came here on a Friday night for takeout. I got the chicken pad kee mao with thin rice noodle (2 stars) and he got a chicken pad Thai (3 star). I usually like spice, but my 2 star was way too much, almost inedible. Both of our noodle dishes had zero to no sauce and super dry. Really bummed out that there was no flavor. Good news: the amount of veggies and chicken were pretty good.The lady I spoke on the phone with said that it is not in their policy to do refunds and that it was an issue that I called the next day about my issue. Note that they were closed and I had no choice to call the next day. She said the manager would call me back but they never did. If you look at my other reviews, it is never my intention to do harm on a business, especially a small one. I could have given one star, but didn't. This is just a reflection of the service and food that I personally received. Happy to see others had great experiences. It took about 20 minuets for the food to be ready. The inside was clean. Located in federal way. Private parking lot.

Best Thai food we have found in Federal Way.Always consistent.Family love the Crispy Garlic Chicken Highly recommend.

Small, quaint space with kind service. Curry was great. (FYI Entree does not come with rice.)

I had a lunch with a friend today and ordered a Tom Yum Noodle Soup. I hate to say it, but it was such a disappointment. There was basically nothing other than chicken and noodle. My family often gets take out from this place, and we really like some of their food such as Eggplant Basil and Pad Prik Khing. I've been wanting to try their noodle soup, and it was a big "miss." Also, I found a piece of hair in the noodle. I will never order this again.Over the years, we found there are some hits and misses at this restaurant. But good ones are really good.
