Wow! High quality, quantity at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend this restaurant! Heard about this place through a friend and it was phenomenal! Salmon IKURA - had sooooo much salmon. And the salmon just tastes so fresh. The mix in the two salmons was excellent and kept each bite interesting. The salmon portion was huge and the ratio of salmon to rice was perfect. The citrus flavor was nice and light, not at all overpowering. Chojang poke- sooo much fish!! Beautiful presentation. Seasoning was a bit overpowering though so would probably try the classic kudedon bowl instead next time Overall very high quality fish with lots of protein at very great prices!!! The only downside is this restaurant is only open for brief hours on weekdays only which makes it very tough to order from or pick up. It would be great if the hours were extended for dinner or to weekends.

A friend posted on his social media of a delicious looking poke bowl that I HAD to check out. He even mentioned that it was really good so I tried making my way down but failed as they were closed. BUT on another time, a friend who worked in Downtown was able to grab take out! It's located next to Keybank and across of PCC on 4th Ave. Parking can be VERY difficult to find around the area, but there might be some street parking a few blocks away. The hours are targeted for downtown workers for ONLY lunch time (M-F 10:30 am-3:30 pm) which made it kind of difficult to try if we worked the normal M-F 8/9am - 4/5pm shifts away from Downtown.I got the Negitoro & Creamy Salmon. My entire bowl was minced fish compared to my boyfriend's and friend's Kudedon Bowl. There were two styles of negitoro (minced tuna): spicy and regular. The regular one was beautifully prepared with its pinkish hue. I had added shoyu over all the fish so the saltiness from the shoyu gave it a nice balance of some saltiness. I actually really like the texture of this one as it did remind me of the negitoro nigiris I've had back in Japan! The spicy one had a sweetish flavor with a little kick of spiciness to me. The creamy salmon also had the same thing with a sweetish flavor and a hint of spiciness. All really great flavors and combo together! The fish wasn't fresh but the flavors of each bowl were amazing! Especially the negitoro and salmon bowl which was definitely hands down my favorite! If I get the chance to visit again, definitely would love to get another bowl from them!

I wanted to much, to have a mouth watering meal here. The reviews looked good, and pictures looked equally delicious. I had the excuse to go, a friend from a prior life to catch up with. Let's do it. So what happened... I mean maybe it's was the end of the day, but honestly not impressed. I wanted a little less of the bottom/rice.. and a little more of the toppings.. of what I call the "Good Stuff"... and if that was slightly better quality, maybe I wouldn't have been so disappointed. To be fair, it isn't a bad looking, I got the Kudedon bowl, figured their namesake dish would be the best bet. It looked complete, top down, but wasn't as full as I expected. The flavors seemed muted, and not all there... again, end of day, maybe I got the leftovers...Okay, so I have read all the other amazing and great experiences that folks have had here, but I didn't quite get the same. Maybe I'll give it one more opportunity, but we'll see.

most slept-on chirashi in seattle i don't know why no one is talking about this place. kudedon chirashi bowl restaurant serves super fresh, aesthetic, and delicious chirashi bowls for a wonderful price. i think its a office workers favorite but like for real if this was close to me i could eat this everyday. there are around 10 chirashi bowl combinations to choose from!i got # 1, the kudedon($17.99) which is their special chirashi with sashimi cubes (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, albacore), unagi, shrimp, ikura, snow crab meat, tamago and tobiko. the bowl itself is so pretty but it also comes perfectly seasoned with their own ponzu. the pickled daikon adds a refreshing element and the various fish roes add additional textures that creates a very harmonious bowl. its a balanced meal, delicious, and all under $20. don't know how thats possible in this day and age overall I'd definitely come back and recommend you all to pay this place a visit! nothing beats it with both value, portion size, and flavor!!

It's sad they they have such restrictive hours! It's in the heart of Belltown, so it's mainly open for the office workers in the area, hence they're not open for dinner unfortunately. I wouldn't say they're the best Chirashi/poke place in the area (FOB poke will always be my favorite) but the portions are *very* generous. In fact, I ran out of rice before I ran out of fish! If you're not a big eater, this is easily two meals. And if you have a big appetite, this is still very filling! Not bad for $21 after tax and tip. The fish was fresh, and the toppings were super tasty. FOB Poke does have better rice than them though. Beware this is takeout/delivery only, but the building it's in has a few seats. Again, it's mostly for office works to take back to their break rooms. Hopefully they expand their hours because I will be coming back! They have lots of interesting combos on their menu.

60 degrees and sunshine on a Friday in Seattle felt like a treat yourself type of day so a chirashi bowl at a place only open during the week was fitting. I have no idea how this place has less than a dozen reviews when it's been open for at least 9 months but it could be because it's tucked away inside the lobby of a building. Seating is limited with 6 stools and I liked how I could enjoy my food in peace and quiet while people watching.* KUDEDONI had to get the namesake bowl (the worker said the negitoro & creamy salmon is also popular). It had a bit of everything (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, seared mackerel, grilled eel, shrimp) topped with roe, snow crab, pickled cucumber, yellow pickled radish, microgreens, marinated mushroom, and omelette pieces. The presentation was beautiful and it came with a seaweed packet on the side. I thought the bowl was bland and too plain, and maybe it's because the fish is diced up in small cubes or there's too much going on but I couldn't really taste the individual ingredients. However I found all the ingredients to be fresh and there were packets of soy sauce and ponzu sauce available to add flavor.Kudedon is worth checking out especially if you're a downtown worker and next time I'd get a bowl that has a sauce.

This is one of the restaurants for introverts people. Because they Only 3 seats in the whole restaurantJk they only sell togo. That's why their chirashi bowl is very fresh and has an affordable price. 15.99$for this beautiful bowl. I enjoy sitting here watch people walking by.

The Kudedon Bowl was quite amazing. It has Salmon, Albacore Tuna, grilled eel, shrimp, Tuna , and Ikura(orange roe) along with some shiitake mushrooms, greens on a bed of sushi rice. The staff was friendly and quick with the order. The place is in the lobby of one of the building in 4th Ave in Downtown Seattle so be prepared to either take it to go or sit on the lobby sofa or some of the stool by the main doors to the building. That said, don't be deterred by that, the food is worth it. Enjoy!

$20 lunch and I'm still hungry. More of a comment and hope they add more calories to the meal. The food was actually pretty good. Would prefer to leave comment without star rating.

Honestly been meaning to try this place for a long time and I finally did it. Didn't know what to expect at first, but after I saw the menu, the name the place was quite literal. It was a dedicated chirashi bowl take out spot. Basically you just pick the option that has the protein you want and that's it. The options were pretty simple. The Kudedon, which I ordered, had all the fish. So tuna, salmon, albacore tuna, and yellowtail. Honestly felt like I wasn't getting much fish with all the other ingredients that they put in the bowl, but it was alright I guess. The ingredients seemed fresh from what I can tell. So the food was good. For the price though, I'm not so sure if it was worth it. It's downtown, so food is usually overpriced. There wasn't really a crowd here. It was pretty dead, so getting your order in and out was reasonably fast. There isn't really any seating here since it's basically in the lobby of an office building. So best thing to do is find a spot inside PCC across the street or find some outside seating by Westlake. It was fun to try out once, but I don't think it worth getting it a second time sadly. But if you're craving a pretty chirashi bowl or want to just give it a try once. Go for it.
