I recently had brunch at Kricket Club and it was an incredible experience! The service was top-notch from start to finish, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The presentation of the food was impressive, each dish beautifully arranged and enticing. But the real highlight was the taste - it was simply outstanding. It had been a long time since I had such good Indian food for brunch, and every bite transported me back home. The ambiance of the restaurant is also worth mentioning. It has a cozy, inviting atmosphere that complements the dining experience perfectly.

Let me start by saying the food is really good. They have their own twist to some of the recipes but the flavours are very unique and very fresh. We were greeted with a complementary pumpkin drink. The presentation of the food was exquisite. They kept it balanced and didn't overdo it. Some of the food presentations remind me of humble Indian roots while some have a modern touch to it. For small plate we tried Jackfruit Bao, Bengal Kathi rolls and Tiger prawns (Jhinga). The Bengal Kathi roll was good beyond expectations and the prawns were also nice. For large plates we went with Fish curry, Butter chicken, chana and kofta. It seems like they rotate their menu. The fish curry was delicious and I loved the chicken. I think they called it Murg Makhanwala or something but it's basically butter chicken. The service was great and so was the ambience. Keep in mind their menu changes and it won't be a constant based on when you are going. Other thing you want to consider is that the place is pricey and one thing our group did to avoid an over expensive bill was to not order any drink.

For the brunch service, we were recommended the mom Thali (kadhi pakora, pindi chole, ghee rice, salad and kulcha with a choice of chicken for $29).It was suggested they would substitute the chicken even though paneer was struck of but magically there was no substitute for us vegetarians. We were fooled into thinking there was an additional component but there was none. The pakodas in the kadhi were double fried as they were burnt/dark and unappetizing. The pindi chole needed to be cooked as the chana was hard. The masalas in the pindi chole was off. Wayyyy too salty and missing the tomato tang. Ghee rice also lacked flavor. Kulcha was average at best.We also tried the parsi akuri, which was a joke for the price we paid. It was a lackluster egg bhurji on two tiny flatbread. Where was the flavor in the dish??The gulab jamun churro and double ka meetha were the only pleasant dishes.Service was good. The wait staff (Omkar and a young lady) were attentive and kept checking in. I didn't understand one thing though - the 20% service fee. On their website also it says "Kricket Club retains 100% of this charge. 75% of this service charge is distributed to the staff in form of commission". Technically, when you give a tip, either servers keep all of the tip or it's collected en masse and shared between line chefs and wait staff. Then why is only 75% given to the staff and why not all? For the price we paid, it could be much better.

We enjoyed their special offer going on in May - Dinner for 2 for $55. We ordered saag paneer, jackfruit kofta, baingan bhartha and dal makhani. Everything tasted really good. Their kulcha was not as soft but still good. I wish they had some regular breads like tandoori roti. Overall, I highly recommend - flavors were on point!!

The first steps in the door my wife and I looked at each other and smiled at how good it smelled. Being our first time here we were pleasantly surprised at the pumpkin soup amuse-bouche.We sampled different cocktails and agreed the Mr Figgin was our favorite. Everything we ordered (burrata, tiger prawns, tandoori roll, goat biryani) was fantastic and our server Deepak was great! We can't wait to come back again!

Unreal! I wish I wasn't posting because I loved getting a day of reservation. Everything was delicious, service was phenomenal, parking was easy. Planning to make this a regular date night treat! Take out would be delicious but the in person dining experience was unique and special, so don't miss it!

Food was delish but the portion size was a bit smaller than expected! Otherwise I'd have given 5 stars We ordered Masala bao, Kathal kofta, a warqi paratha and a herbed kulcha. We were offered complementary chef's special pumpkin soup shots too :) overall everything was great including the service and ambiance!

Parts of the food were good, the chicken and bread. I ordered the Dahi bhalla, strange. Lentils with yogurt dish that we didn't care for. The interior of the Kricket Club is attractive, our waiter was pleasant. We are very well travelled people, and in all our travels we have never seen a 20% tip automatically added on to a two top table. Then, there is a place on the bill for an "additional" tip. Wow. Maybe we can pay the mortgage too. We would not return or recommend the Kricket Klub, but we wish them well.
