Koi's Japanese Hibachi and Sushi

The food was really good! I got hibachi and my husband got sushi. The service was quick and friendly. The restaurant looked a little older, but was very clean. We didn't sit at the hibachi table but it looked like a lot of fun. We will have to try that next time. The prices were good and the portions were nice sized. We will be back!

I ordered the sushi plate pictured, which also included soup and salad. Soup and salad were pretty dang good. Sushi roll was below average. The nigiri was good with a couple of them being below average. Service was polite and timely and the food came out quickly. I guess not too bad for 18.95 in todays economy. I probably wouldn't come back for the sushi, but the hibachi did look pretty good!

Came here on my last day in TN visiting family. Friendly staff and delicious food. Our hibachi chef was very nice and of course made the experience entertaining. From the sushi to the hibachi meats and rice etc everything was tasty! Overall we enjoyed our food and time here. I highly recommend this place.

Awful place. Dirty old worn carpet that smells. Old sticky furniture that no longer can be cleaned. Restaurant has terrible ventilation with old dirty hibachi stoves. Food was mediocre however I had diarrhea all night after eating there. Never never again will I eat there. If you like bad food in a nasty basement like atmosphere and have an iron stomach- then take a chance.

This spot has just calmed down from a lunch rush.The crab rangoon was really good. Crispy and not too greasy.The sushi rolls were good. Spicy Tuna was the best. Cheap quick and lost of food.Also the soup was spectacular and so was the salad dressing (ginger).

My husband and I went there for dinner tonight. Very pricey for eating on paper plates. For him and I it was 43.00. The egg role was burnt. And we weren't home 10 minutes and my stomach was killing me. Not a great start for a new restaurant. Never again.

Skip your meal if you are wanting to eat here. Tasteless!! Tempura sauce is not edible. Tempura is hot but oily and not a good taste. Crunchy shrimp should be shrimp and crunch and nothing else but to make it go farther they put Mayo in it andCut the shrimp into small pieces and you can't even taste the shrimp. A complete waste of time and money. Last time I will stop there. Miso soup had zero miso in it!! Skip KoI!!

Always great food and a show. A bit pricey but well worth it. Service always great. Only true hibachi place in the area.

Have no idea how people eat there while walking over dirty diapers and a million cigarette buds in front of their business...

Now almost $20 per plate. Not as tasty as it use to be. Service is poor. Poor quality of food prep and sticky tables
