Food was amazing and the two girls working there were very patient and helpful. They let us try the proteins(we had not been there before). We also accidentally spilled some water on the floor and they came over quickly and picked it up for us. Would highly recommend!

Koibito Poke at Waterfront was in a busy location, but it didn't impress me. We did like that they offer grilled chicken, something not many other poke restaurants offer. The sauce options were underwhelming, and the overall experience wasn't great. It was also quite expensive for what you get.

Having never had a poke bowl before I wasn't sure what to expect - the staff at Koibito Poke kindly guided me toward a dinner with no regrets. They explained the poke bowl construction process "like Chipotle, but better." One begins by choosing a size (small, medium, large, or kid - determined by scoops of protein) with a base (white, brown, or cauliflower rice, or spring mix), then add protein (MANY seafood/fish options, but also tofu). Then comes my favorite part - toppings and sauces, of which you can add AS MANY as you wish, with the exception of premium toppings and some garnishes (masago, crab mix, cucumber and seaweed salads, avocado) which are extra. The location we visited also had miso soup, which was lovely on a brisk November evening. Overall I really enjoyed my bowl - the flavors and textures combined beautifully. I do wish there were more plant based protein options; this would encourage return visits (hint).

A perfect lunch or casual spot located in Old Town, Scottsdale. I went specifically for the dole whip because it is dairy-free. It's so delicious! Their poke selections and other menu items looked and smelled delicious, so I will definitely go back for those! The service was exceptional and fast!

What a delight! Came here to try Poke as I never had it, and am super glad I did! Friendly and great service by Taylor, clean restaurant in modern ambience. And food is great. Feels light but it's just right, nutritious and yum delicious!!! Who would have thought!?I had chicken with shrimp with brown rice, with Siracusa aioli and Champaign butter. Added cucumbers, edamame and cilantro to it! Top it off with ice cream Particularly good extra points go for Taylor's knowledge of food and ingredients, offering samples to try, and locally brewed beer on tap! Koibito Poke is a delight!

I found dole whip in Arizona! An updated review since it's been awhile. This is a great spot for your poke cravings. Love that they have tons of different options from raw and cooked seafood and a few non fish options too. Tons of toppings and fixings that you can add as well. Staff is friendly and they keep the place really clean. So excited that there's dole whip here too!

Very fresh poke! It was delicious. Service was ok. I said salmon and he gave me double tuna. But it's ok. I didn't mind. I love tuna. But I felt a bit rushed. This place is located in the fancy section of Scottsdale waterfront. Parking is crazy on weekends. Prepare to park in the garage and walk a bit to get there. But the area is beautiful. Will be back bc the freshness was too great not too.

I really used to enjoy this place due to its amazing portion sizes compared to other poke places and a very kind staff, but the fish and crab salad has not been fresh the past few times I have been in over the span of a few months. This used to be my favorite poke place, as it was clean, big, had lots of options, as well as a great staff. Unfortunately though, whenever I go in now, the protein options seem to have been sitting there for quite sometime. I honestly get kind of scared that I may get food poisoning from their fish from time to time, as the texture or taste is off. It is probably due to lack of business, as whenever I come in, I am the only customer in thereI hope that this place is able to go back to the way it used to be, as I love the Kobito Poke chain, but for now I will have to stick with AhiPoki. :(

Yikes. Worst pricing and quality I've ever had in a POKĒ bowl. I should have known because no one was there at all. $17 after tax for a snack size is insane and for the quality to be mid if not poor is offending. I was hungry so very little could gave satisfied me and yet I was so disappointed, my taste buds had no reaction confirming that the quality was poor. Go somewhere else. Also no seaweed salad or shredded carrots. Wack.
