I saw Kobe earlier in the day and decided that would be a good place for dinner. You can sit in the dining room or a hibachi table. I chose the hibachi table and was seated with others about ready to order. Thankfully I looked at the menu ahead of time so knew what I wanted already as the ordering started with me.Our waiter was new and didn't speak very loudly and was a little confused of what was included. So that turned out good in a way as I'm not a fan of onions so instead I got the zucchini without onions as we were asked whether we wanted zucchini or carrots. Then there was confusion with the soup and salad as I was asked which I wanted when both were included. The waiter made it right and was trying and friendly. He also kept my ice tea filled so that is a sign of great service.The chef was also friendly and I was given a sample of my filet to see if I liked how it was cooked. So I liked that too. The filet was delicious. It was plenty of food to make a second meal but I didn't take any leftovers as I couldn't keep them at a safe temperature so that is just a downside of travel. I will be back to Kobe again.

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for the past 19 years, ever since they opened. Over the years, I've even stood up for them when I saw negative reviews, as I always felt the food was worth the price for the fresh, quality sushi. However, after my recent experience on October 1st, I'm sad to say things have changed.For my birthday dinner, my wife asked me what I wanted, and without hesitation, I said Kobe, our usual go-to. I placed a simple order: a roll (Spider Roll), two dinner plates--one for me, one for her--and an extra pint of white sauce, which we love to use on everything.When I picked up the order, everything seemed fine. But once we got home, it was clear the quality had dropped significantly. The chicken was fatty, the shrimp was overcooked, and the steak was riddled with gristle. The Spider Roll was still great, but the rest of the meal was a huge letdown. For $112, plus a 15% tip, this just wasn't acceptable.I understand times are tough for restaurants, but if prices are going up, the quality of the food should remain consistent, if not better. I'm really disappointed that after all these years of being a loyal customer, this meal didn't meet the standards they once had. I hope this was a one-time issue and not the new norm.

Actually haven't been back here after our last experience. Husband and I dined in and we went to pay the bill and realized they actually add their own tip to the bill. Definitely won't be back.

The reviews and lack of star ratings has kept me away from this place for years when I am in town. A friend assured me the ratings were wrong so I trusted him and his wife and we all went there together. I was pleasantly surprised. I had two rolls and they each had a roll. All four rolls were good. Lacked presentation but then so what. It tasted good which what matters most. Pleasantly surprised and will go back and will update then if I just hit a great night. Service was good. Roll selection not that amazing but roll size and taste were good.

Ate there last nights. Grill was open so sat for the "show". Gentleman that came to to cook for us had the personality of a rock. Barely said anything after confirming what we ordered and how we wanted our steak cooked. No clanking the shakers even. Food was good and cooked correctly. No need to go back anytime soon.

This food was not very palatable; we found hair in the food along with the supposedly medium cooked tuna being completely dry along with the other food. The raw tuna, yellowtail tuna and salmon was tough and difficult to eat. The servers where nice and attentive but aside from that I do not recommend.

Overall unfriendly staff, they will up charge you and they will auto gratuity you to get more money by asking for an additional tip on top of it on the check. shame cause the food is good. Here's a more detailed description We've given this place a few tries and overall would not recommend. We typically sit at the bar most places we go and we waited for about 10 minutes before anyone greeted us just to say they'll be a moment. Bar is an unorganized mess from customer view not dirty thought. The people that we did interact with weren't the friendliest but maybe we came in after something happened not too sure. We ordered a tito's w ginger ale and a Sapporo. For food we got the steamed Gyoza, NC roll, Kill Bill roll, and the Pink lady roll. food was very good and well prepped. However when it came time to check out she ran the card and went ahead and gave herself a nice tip. I'm always about tipping and i absolutely agree that bartenders should be tipped however i've never had someone automatically apply a tip as i was going to leave cash. She had discounted a roll but rang in the Sapporo wrong it was a 12oz not a 22oz which is a big difference on the check so it came out to a lil over $100. Since we have been here before and tan up a higher check before no one has automatically applied a tip and then still asked us if we wanted to leave a tip on top of that.

Food was great. Nice scenery, the fish tanks have Nemo and Dory lol cool for the kids.

We ordered Sushi, Fried Rice and someRolls. The fried rice came out 20 minutes before the Sushi, was set down at a different table, auctioned off, then made it to our table. It was cold. It's weird to have one person finish their entre while everyone else waits. The sushi selection was nice, yellow tail, snapper, etc...

Food was amazing. The staff and kitchen were very attentive towards allergens and even took their time preparing and ensuring the food was kept safe. Delicious and wonderful flavor in every bite!
