Kobalt

Kobalt was a fun time! We went for Cirque de so Trey c/o our good friend Ron who is a regular. The drink pour was heavy and the servers were super friendly. The show was fantastic!

Went to Kobalt tonight for trivia the host was great and trivia was very fun. My partner waited at the bar in the well for 20 minutes was never acknowledged. We finally grabbed a table and waited another 10 minutes for the waitress to come over. They also have numerous flags representing the LBGT plus community with the exception of the Bi flag. Being Bi I'm used to being under represented in the community but clearly it's an exclusion at Kobalt.

Do not buy tickets for the Rupaul events! One you buy them you are on your own and outta luck if you need to speak to someone regarding the tickets. No response in weeks even after sending around 5 emails. I even emailed the bar to ask who to reach out to and nothing. They sure took my money for the event in a matter of minutes. Response time and call back is non existent.

I came on a Thursday, the wait staff/bartenders were very attentive and kind. The bathroom has the sink and mirror outside of the toilets and I am not sure WHY i like that so much? There isn't any food but the Sage Advice drink certainly hit the spot aa a gin lover. Little heavy on the kiwi (and maybe lime) for me but still delicious. It was a wonderful night, shame I didn't get to stay for karaoke because the opening song sounded amazing ans made me want to stay... insert tears for 5 day work weeks.

It's a beautiful bar and the drag shows are great but do not ever serve a classic cocktail in a damn plastic cup! If I'm spending $15 per drink and asking for top shelf alcohol I want it in a real glass. Please take that into consideration.

Didn't have any food, but we had some great drinks and the service was great. Went there for my first drag show and it was a total blast. We all had a great time and the show was so awesome. Highly recommended. Try something different and give it a try. I do t think this is most weekends, so check thier website.

Kobalt is one of the most fun bars I have visited in Phoenix. Every Thursday there is a show called Cirque du so Trey. It's more than a drag show, they have all kinds of performers (singers, burlesque, etc.) They have many other shows and events but that's the one I frequent the most. Bartenders are friendly and make strong drinks worth your money

We had the BEST time at Saturday karaoke. Staff was so awesome, drinks were great and so reasonably priced. 10/10 immaculate vibes. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect place to bring a group of people, great first drag show place. Although the drag shows have been lacking on dancing. Drag queens will just walk around and collect dollars. Bartenders are great, Security needs to learn when to just be security.

Kobalt has been one of my favorite bars in the valley for a long time! Abel is a great bartender and the shows they have here are amazing!!! HOWEVERmost recently i went and was appalled by the bartenders behavior. The twink with the mullet had charged me $14 then give me $4 in change from a twenty. So clearly math isn't his strong suit. i waited for the other bartender to be free, she charged me $6 for the beer and $8 for a jamie shot with a coke back!! - $14third round i waited for pretty lady but got serve by mullet twink again :( $18 for the same drinks miss pretty just charged me $4 less for!!!! and his pour was way off. missing at least a half oz. i bartend too. then he tried to tell me the difference was in the coke... like why are you charging me for soda??? you weirdo. so yeah avoid the gay with a mullet if you don't want to be ROBBED
