Everything was awesome, and the food tasted great. As for service you place you your order then they will call you for your pick up. They specialize in fried seafood, so don't be disappointed if they have fried seafood lol The fried zucchini is very special and I've learned a special very special tip that has helped me in the past and made me very happy. Somebody warned me just how hot it is when you bite into it so I will pass that word of advice along to everybody else first. "Phew on it first!" As I've mentioned they do have some grillled items, but they specialize in fried seafood. I believe you get an all cash discount as well.

My family and I have been coming here since I was a kid. The food is always fresh and hot. There's many options for different platters. I don't believe that the fish is well seasoned so I always add hot sauce. The hush puppies are my favorite. They're nice and crispy but nice and fluffy on the inside. Service is always great. It's a check in and call your number system. There's plenty of indoor seating. There's no real decor! It's pretty much dining and open seating! Definitely worth a try if you visit Arizona l.

This review is for the customer service only. I came in and placed a order for a dozen hush puppies. The large order. I paid and sat down. My order was called I said I'm missing 6 hush puppies. They said show your receipt I did they said you only paid for 6. I said I told the woman twice I wanted a dozen a large order. They said I'd have to order 6 more I did. I said you get a discount when you order a dozen said they could not help. Very rude. I paid cash did not relise they had only charged for 6. I understand mistakes but the girl and male manager both were rude.

Don't let the location fool you. It is cutely decorated. I and friends meet here often! The food is great every single time. The staff is warm and inviting. Love love love this place

Very good fish and chips and have patronized for years when in town.But, was there at 15 minutes prior to stated closing time and they would not take order for eat in.Very disappointed after driving 1/2 hour to try and get before closing. They should honor hours open or change closing hours to accommodate taking orders up to closing time so patron has time to eat indoors of at least 1/2 hour.

Wife and i went in for Fish and Chips. First time we tried this place. We sat at the booth by the register. We thought the place was clean and the fish and chips were ok. The lady working the register. She did not have a name tag so i will describe her as the overweight latina lady working the register. We overheard some things she was saying in English and Spanish. This woman is a racist. We will not be giving them our money anymore.

My favorite go-to traditional fish and chips in the valley. Fish and shrimp are nice and crispy. They have plenty of sauces available including ranch, hot sauce, cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, and ketchup.My typical order is an order of fish and chips, a side of broccoli, and some mushrooms. Delicious

Great seafood spot! My friend brought me here and I tried a few items which were delicious. Will definitely come back.

my husband and i and my mom used to go to the kk lobster for years startng in early 80 s ..i live in mexico since my husband and mom died in the 90 s. when i get back to phx for a visit i always get there at least 3 or 4 times . stay with friends in scottsdale and they wont go wiith me cause its not fancy..so i go alone i miss it since i live im mx. now. great fish and shrimp one of the few things i really miss. the shrimp was always huge and the best.
