INCREDIBLE FOOD!! Even for the pickiest eaters! We had a reservation for 5 people, our table wasn't ready so we waited at the bar. We ended up having to wait a while for our table (about 15-20 min), to compensate for the delay - a very nice man came around with complimentary cocktails. They were delicious! After we were seated, our waitress took our order and all of our food and beverages arrived within a reasonable amount of time. We sat at a high top table in the bar area, the music was incredible, lots of throwback jams, the vibes inside the restaurant were simply immaculate. FOOD: For appetizers, we had an order of salmon bites - which came with a wonderful dipping sauce, and lobster bites as well. Both were absolutely delicious. I got the salmon caesar salad for my entree and the portion was insane, it was huge. Everyone's meal was portioned VERY generously. I ended up taking over half my salad to-go. It was scrumptious. Overall the food and drinks here were 10 out of 10. Drinks are a bit pricey but 100% worth it in my opinion.DRESS CODE: In terms of attire, there is a dress code but they don't seem to be too strict about it, as long as you look like you put some effort in to your outfit. For context: I had on jeans and a halter top with sneakers and felt extremely underdressed for the venue. I'd recommend dressing trendy and nicely but within the guidelines listed on the restaurant's website.TLDR: Incredible food, wonderful drinks, great service, a little bit pricey (but 100% worth it). Make a reservation to avoid long wait times, keep in mind that your entire party must be present prior to being seated. Noise level was perfect in the bar area, did not have to yell over the music. Dress nicely. Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Simply pleasurable!From being greeted at hostess desk, customer service and food quality! We knew we wanted to get the Tequila flights which didn't disappoint: raspberry, strawberry, mango and lime patron Then because the menu has so MAMY delectable delights available we were strategic in ordering shareable apps and sides: DREAM EGGS W/ BLACKENED SHRIMP, Mac & Cheese, Lobster bits and ENTREES: MISSISSIPPI CATFISH & GRITS and FRIED SALMON & GRITS!!We were SOOOOO HAPPY, FULL! Every bite is packed with southern taste and seasoning leaving you satisfied!!!My brunch mate said not once or twice but too many to count how good the fried lobster, Mac & Cheese, grits were! Our waitress, Laloni handled her busy section like a CHAMP! She was busy and we did need to get some items from others who happen upon us but I feel this is on the establishment to know how to setup their servers support!

I enjoyed myself! Music was great, the flower hallway is gorgeous!!They also gave a swing which is a cute photo op. Our waitress was so pretty and very attentive. She has really short hair so if you see her be kind and say hey! The catfish that I had was amazing. Absolutely fried to perfection. I haven't had catfish that good in a long time. My daughter loved her waffles and chicken. I think everyone left very pleased. I will definitely visit again the next time I'm in Chicago.

Let me tell you. I just a had next level dining experience here and had to come review this gem immediately. After a long morning walk, at 11:30am party of 3 walk in without a ressie, and you seat us within 5 minutes. Love it!!Seated on the side near the big windows and swing, we were greeted by a delightful waitress. We all ordered the fried Catfish and grits. This dish delivered transported our taste buds to the next level taste it was so good. The portions are more than generous and I'm grateful to leave knowing I'm going to eat me some more later. Would've ordered the huge buttery slice of cornbread but that's what I call be greedy knowing good and well I couldn't stuff it in. So next time, I'm starting with cornbread.

After a night out in the city, we were craving some brunch to kick-start the day. We stumbled upon this place called K+K, and they sat us down right away. The vibes were on point, and we couldn't resist ordering some drinks. Let me tell you, the Patron marg came in a Patron bottle, and the Old Fashioned was perfection in a glass!Most of the crew went for the chicken and waffles, with a mix of dark and white meat. The waffles were fluffy as clouds, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. But hold up, the catfish and grits stole the show! They were absolutely incredible, I highly recommend them.Between the cool atmosphere and the delicious food, I dare anyone to leave this place unsatisfied. The portions are generous, and the flavors are some of the best Chicago has to offer. We're definitely coming back for dinner soon!

Food was greatttt. The reason Im giving 3 stars is because of the service. Believe the reviews, service was not so good. Literally, waited 30 minutes for a server to even ask if my table wanted water.

We stopped by for an early dinner one night. We were a pretty decent size group. The decor of this restaurant was simple with a dark esthetic. The flower wall with the sign was the most colorful part of the restaurant, not sure about the bar side because we didn't walk to the front to check it out. There were a lot of tables and it took awhile for our waitress to come around but she provided excellent service. Just be aware that service may be slow. She provided recommendations for the table and came back as often as she could. The peach dusse was recommended by the waitress was a hit with those who ordered it. I enjoyed my blackberry margarita. The candy garnish was a fun addition to the drink. The fish and grits tasted was amazing. The fish was perfectly fried and the grits were flavorful. The Mac n cheese was really good and the lamp chips were a table favorite. They said it was cooked really well.We ubered to the restaurant so I'm not sure how parking works in this area. Overall, we had a great experience and we enjoyed the ambiance and the food. Everyone liked their food and thought it was seasoned well.

There is potential here. It's the typical urban restaurant that contained loud music, instagram-able walls and southern food. I just have a few issues with the setup. The sides are all ala cart. No big deal. But $13 for a side? Of games? Mac and cheese? Ridiculous. And $26 for the fish. The fish was thin so two pieces equaled to one good piece. The parsley on the yams was unnecessary. I'm hoping to enjoy food without all the extra need and for It to be worth the cost $52 for the fish meal is egregious.

Visited kitchen + kocktails all the way from LA as TikTok shared this place as a must go to. I Found myself disappointed as this place is overrated. Starting off the place looks totally unpresentable upon arrival, I was actually shocked. The food was just okay. Service: 5/10- as we were forgotten often which was sad because the front portion of the restaurant by the bar wasn't even full. Aesthetic: 8/10 with plenty of photo ops but if they didn't have the wall with roses this place probably wouldn't get any attention. Three guests we all had one entree and one drink unsure how our bill was over $200. This place has potiential but I just don't think it's worth coming back too.

Believe what everyone has said about the Service and Food! I didn't read the reviews until we were actually waiting to be attended too, we went for brunch.$11 for a side of bacon, three thin cut slices is ridiculous. Everything is a la carte. Unnecessarily pricey for subpar meal.They have decorated wall spaces for pictures, if you're into that.
