King's Teriyaki

This is not 26 something dollars worth. The large portion BARELY fills the container. And they should fix the add on feature if they will replace the rice with an "add on" soba. Never ordering from here

Ordered delivery. Wondering if they have changed in ownership. The quality seems to have changed. Chicken was really dry, almost like jerky. Couldn't eat it. The fried rice had zero flavor.

I have ordered food from here in person as well as through delivery apps. The only thing that is consistent is the inconsistency of the accuracy of my food orders. I am reviewing as a person who can make all the menu items from scratch who doesn't have time or likes to cook. I cook because I have expectations and high standards. I also have food allergies so it's a necessary task. I often have teriyaki sauce all over the box by the time I get it. Do not order Chinese food. Stick with Korean items because they don't know Chinese. I have thrown away the entire dish and ordered something because their Chinese dishes were atrocious. (Example. Beef and broccoli according to the meal I received, were teriyaki beef and steamed broccoli thrown on top. There was no stir frying. )I often order a large portion for my husband. They charge me and I get a regular portion. It happens every other time. Sometimes when I call in my order, there are language barriers. This is frustrating. After 20+ orders in a year. I am no longer going to order take out or delivery from here. I gave them multiple chances to get consistent.

Called in my order, was told 10 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later and they hadn't even started. Waited another 15 minutes there. Almost 40 minutes for a chicken plate? Ridiculous. And the guy at the counter could care less. Won't be back!

Looking forward to get some yummy food since last time we had a great experience. The first thing I noticed is the price is way higher than most teriyaki places or even restaurants. I decided to order a Chicken Katsu burger since it is lower on price $8.99. The burger was soggy and thin. We also got yakisoba. It was okay. No dragon breathed taste. Looks like these owners took over since last visit. Sorry to say but I am done with this place.

I messed up and ordered from here. I admit it. I did not hit submit order knowing it was from Kings Teriyaki. So with that being said, this review is for the teriyaki place I accidentally ordered from. The food is absolutely disgusting. Like, how do you fuck up teriyaki this badly? How? And yakisoba noodles? You ...are you trying to win some sort of secret award for the first place to ensure no one ever craves teriyaki again?Never again. Ew. So much ew.

King's Teriyaki: I have not been here in years. I remember my sister always loving this place. They always been pricey, but the quality was there and okay quantity. Well my daughter was wanting teriyaki after 9:00 PM on a Sunday. This place is great if you ever want teriyaki items after 9:00 PM. I don't know of many places open after this time in the Kent area. I ordered the chicken teriyaki and egg roll. For $18.00 bucks and change the teriyaki was okay. But what place gives you only one scoop of rice and a scoop of stir fried veggies. Definitely not enough rice for all that chicken. I don't prefer stir fried veggies unless I was at K.BBQ. I rather have the cold salad, to what I am accustomed too. My daughter like it, but the chicken to me was a little rubbery like it was fake. The sauce was ok like most places. This place is about 2.5 stars for me. On the plus side they are open very late and many options. But quantity and quality for me, it was not there. I understand food prices have gone up. But be reasonable. As consumers we have many options as well...

Food is good but the wait is nuts They should try and make the seating area more lively and inviting But the chicken teriyaki classic is FOREVER MY FAV

4/5.Food was okay but in what state is this a "large" teriyaki chicken bowl? What's the regular size look like? I'm not going to down star your restaurant for what hopefully was an accident, though

I have ordered Uber Eats many times but I was glad to finally visit the restaurant. I was concerned when I saw the sign in disrepair but the food was always so yummy when I had it delivered, I went in anyway.Order:Chicken teriyaki and KatsuChicken Fried RiceCalifornia roll sushiEgg rollDrinksI was expecting what I already knew. What I got was amazingness. The food came out hot, delicious, and sauced heavily. I like it extra saucy. The egg roll was crunchy and good. The portion was too much for me to eat in one sitting as well as.my friend who ordered a plate as well.They serve sushi, teriyaki, bubble tea, and a couple other smaller things like a katsu burger, a burrito of some sort, and some side dishes.They serve your food in plastic throw away containers, thus the loss of a star for that. I understand but it is just wasteful.Give them a shot if you are on the east hill. They are definitely cheaper than Des Moines and the west end.
