Absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in all of Seattle! All the dishes I've tried here have been pretty good, with the battered chicken red curry being a stand out dish. It's delicious. The vibes are great. I especially love coming here for dinner and hitting up Schilling Cider or Fremont Brewing afterwards (both within walking distance!). Never had an issue with service, although I should note that the wait times can get pretty damn long. I've waited 45+ min to get in for dinner on Fridays and weekends.

This spot is so fun in Fremont! It's a 21+ business, with unique drinks and good food. My group and I showed up without a reservation and were seated in around 10 minutes. The restaurant is decorated inside and has a large bar.My group ordered cocktails, which was the highlight of the meal. Each drink is served in a creative way and is perfect for photos. Most of us got one of the lunch specials on the menu, I got the vegetarian spicy tofu and red curry with rice one. The curry was 10/10, so creamy and smooth! I'd love to go back for it. The tofu didn't impress me too much, it mostly tasted like red pepper flakes. The price was a bit expensive for us. Parking was really hard, and it took me 15 minutes to find street parking nearby! I'd love to come back for happy hour and for that red curry. Give this place a try!

This is a great lunch spot in Fremont. My eyes quickly went to the lunch sets, which are only served Monday-Friday. We each got the Pork Belly Curry Lunch Set and shared the Bread Crumb Shrimp Cakes. All were delish and priced at $15 each. Kin Len is a sister restaurant to Isarn. For a Friday, it was a busy lunch crowd with no wait. I would recommend parking a block or 2 away from the restaurant where there is free 2 hour parking. It looks like they have a great selection at happy hour. Service was prompt and friendly. It is a little weird that the entrance and waiting area is in it's own separate area. There's not great flow here.

I've been to Kin Len Thai Night Bites a couple of times, and I can confidently say that this restaurant has been one of the best places in the Seattle area in terms of delicious flavor and quantity for the price. I've been to Kin Len twice, once on a Saturday around lunch and Wednesday around lunch. One critique I have on Kin Len is that it will be difficult to find good parking in the surrounding area. This part of Freemont is always busy - finding street side parking is very difficult, and I would recommend coming earlier just to snag parking spots. As for the service when you finally arrive at the restaurant, it is fast - you can expect to get your food about 10 - 15 minutes after ordering, and the servers are accommodating. The ambiance of the restaurant is great! There are various Thai-related decor around the place and the dimming of the lights relates well to the theme of night bites.I've had a variety of dishes, which I'll review down below:Grilled Calamari ($9.50): Delicious Appetizer! The calamari is cooked well - has enough chew and you can tasted the smokiness from the grill that is pleasing. Goes very nicely with the sweet and spicy sauce that complements the smoky flavor well.Papaya Salad ($12.50): Maybe the one thing I wouldn't order if I were to revisit as it is just a salad, but they are very generous with the amount of shredded papaya! There is definitely enough salad to serve as an appetizer to probably 3 people. There is a good amount of spice in this salad which will definitely wait your taste buds up.Tom Yum Fried Rice with Crispy Pork ($16): Wow, I haven't been disappointed with any entree from Kin Len just yet! This rice is delectable - you can taste the tom yum flavor of spicy, sour, and sweet in each grain of rice. This rice is also fried well, each grain of rice has the tom yum flavor absorbed into it. In addition to the rice, you get some crispy pork belly, which is true to the name. This is a very decadent dish, and one of the more delicious fried rice dishes I've had. Battered Chicken Red Curry ($16): I Loved this dish!! This is an absolutely delicious curry that has a plethora of pleasing textures. This is basically a fried chicken sandwich on steroids, crispy chicken that has a well seasoned breading with a creamy coconut curry that has a slight spiciness. As you eat, you get the aggressive crunch of the chicken, followed with the creaminess of the curry. You definitely will leave happy if you order this, or at least I did.2 in 1 Pork Rice ($17): Yum! Another hearty and scrumptious dish, you get a hearty amount of pork. You get crispy and tender - two different textures that you can interchange between while enjoying this dish - each with their own flavor profiles. On average, I've have spent around $20 - $30 for generously sized meals here at Kin Len. Price-wise this is pretty average for the Seattle area, but for flavor, quality, and quantity, Kin Len is a much heavier hitter for these categories! I can definitely recommend Kin Len as a place to visit if you are looking for some deliciously flavorful Thai food in the Seattle area. There are many options on the menu that still look very enticing, and I would definitely like to revisit to try them all!

Finally tried Kin Len after several people recommended it and I'm so glad we did! We got the Mango Mangrove and Thai-tini to drink, banana blossom fries, pineapple fried rice and clay pot baked mushroom medley with glass noodles. All of it was delicious! There was about a 20 minute wait when we arrived around 6pm on a Friday. It was faster to get a table than I expected it to be, as it seems like there is usually a wait here. The leftovers kept well the next day. Overall, great food and good experience. Will definitely be back!

Super cool ambiance! The drinks were all beautifully presented and quite strong. There were only a few things I could eat on the menu with my dietary restrictions but the chicken red curry was pretty good.

Every day happy hour?! Yes, please!Arrived around 5PM and got seated pretty quickly, definitely plenty of folks there, but wasn't packed. Our order was quickly taken and food came out really quickly! Honestly, so much of the food was so good, we definitely plan to come back again!Mussel omlette - 4/5 lots of crispy bits with a very fluffy light batter, a bit on the heavy side (I mean it's a deep fried omlette more or less), but it's very tasty and the sauce on the side helps cut the fatty mouth feelGrilled beef tongue - 5/5 par for the course in terms of grilled beef tongue, but the sauce on the side is a mix of slightly spicy, sweet, fish sauce really makes everything tasty!Boat noodles with everything - 5/5 par for the course in terms of the boat noodle, but honestly a LOT for what you're paying. Grilled calamari - 5/5 tender grilled whole calamarai, with a spicy sauce on the side. Very tasty!Kinlen wings - 5/5 super crispy wings that came out piping hot. We took photos, started eating other things, probably 5 mins elapsed from when it was dropped off but it was still HOT by the time we started chowing. SUPER crispy, wings were perfectly cooked and very moist.Lychee Martini & Thai Tea-ni - 5/5 both drinks were strong and not too sweet. Definitely a fan! Surprised I enjoyed the thai tea-ni since usually i'm a skip for thai teaDurian Tiramisu - 4/5 always a fan of durian, definitely strong durian flavor in the cream and a well done tiramisu. Not entirely sure it's a combo that goes great for me, but still well executed.
