Kiko's Place restaurant

Incredible food, great specials! I have been here 6 times and tried 4 of the daily specials. Friendly service! In general, not too pricy, but if you get the daily special it's very cheap.

Kiko's Place is a newer fast casual Mexican restaurant in Downtown SD. Located just off 5th Avenue, this is the perfect place to grab a delicious lunch if you're working downtown or even attending a convention. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They endeavor to make all feel welcome and valued. Food is prepared to order and served timely. Diners can enjoy inside seating and a few tables outside along the sidewalk on C Street. I enjoyed a veggie burrito, which included avocado, celery. Amazing flavor profile. Served with the mild sauce, this burrito is off the chain. Delicious food, sizable portions, at affordable pricing. Well done Kiko's!

With the recent spike in menu prices and a classic Monday special being changed form a fish a shrimp taco combo to a "ribeye" burrito I'm interested to see how long this spot can survive in downtown, I'm a 15 year fan of the trucks and kikos consistently making good food but for the owner a thing to remember is this location has had many locations before it and one being a taqueria and they have succumbed to the unfortunate state of downtown

Saw them and I tried them before when they only had a Food truck in Mission Valley . I was surprised to see today that they have a restaurant now in Dowtown . Its wasn't that big or in an upscale location but the foods are amazing here . Good serving portions , lots of spices to choose from, and creative flavorings . I had seen them on Tv too , one of the chanel my wife was watching I saw their food got featured on tv . So far I tried their CRAZY CEVICE and TACO the SAN FELIPE TACO . And MINERAL WATER for our drink coz they dont have regular water bottles . There's so much flavor going on in my mouth, delicious ! Their CRAZY CEVICHE is a real crazy its has Octopus , Shrimps , mussels , Oyster , scallop , fish , its really loaded . Their SAN FELIPE Taco ( seafood ) are loaded too and delicious . Service from Annia was excellent and very friendly . Parking is kinda hard to find and a lot of people around sitting on the streets , so I suggest go when its day time or while the sun is still up. This place is exactly in front of ROSS Store and Trolley passes in front of their place . The place has good foods, and good serving food size and friendly staff , if ever i end up again in this area i will eat here again .

The food was AMAZING. Just a simple setup in terms of ambiance, but it was perfect for lunch.

Best seafood in San Diego hands down ! Service was amazing and makes you feel like you are part of their family. Food truck was well served and good vibes.

Their spicy shrimp burrito was decent but nothing to rave about. It came with chips which was better than the burrito.

Don't usually write reviews but this meal deserved one. Some of the best fish tacos I've ever had, at an a reasonable price with great service. It's a couple blocks past the heart of downtown but well worth the walk and highly recommended checking this place out!

Great food ; lots of options and daily specials. Well cleaned inside. They have inside/ outside seating and standing tables as well. Can get busy during peak hours but you can call in advance and order to go. Lots of salsa choices and fresh ingredients.
