Worst sushi I've ever eaten... I couldn't even eat the albacore nigiri because it was bad. $6 for 20 edamame? Are you serious?I just ate sushi last night in West Milwaukee WI at Spicy Tuna and it was SO SO much more fresh... Which is sad since this is San Diego. Also, I was trying to call to complain but no one picks up the phone despite the fact they're still open. I want my money back for at least the nigiri and edamame. Also, the miso soup had only 2 pieces of tofu, and they were grey in color. GROSSDo not eat here. This place is trash

Came in after the symphony out at the harbor. Still feeling hungry and trying to find a place to eat without waiting outside for too long. Glad to find this place. I missed this bunch of time when I was in this area. I am glad the few place has still stay open passed 10 pm!!!This place looked like a papa mama place. Small and quaint. The food hits the spot and with little to no waiting to be seated. The broth from the ramen is amazing favored! Loved it! Although the meat were a slightly dry. Overall I had a good yummy time! It fill my tummy ...Glad I was able to find it and got food!!!

Kiki's is a small, quiet spot with surprisingly good sushi. The rolls were a good size, the fish was very fresh tasting. The popcorn shrimp roll was my favorite! The kind woman who served us was a gem. Definitely our new go to spot for sushi.

I'm not a fan of giving bad reviews, but unfortunately, Kiki Sushi fell short of expectations. I was bummed with the quality of the food, and the small restaurant didn't look that clean. The miso soup was legit but was served with nothing but one small square of tofu in it. I thought a few slices of green onions or seaweed could have been added to it.The tempura shrimp wasn't fresh. The batter was soggy and the shrimp had this sour taste to it and the texture felt very rubbery. I ended up not finishing the appetizer. I ordered the spider roll as my entree, but the soft-shell crab tasted off as well, and only ate a few pieces. The server was sweet, but I don't see myself dining at this place again. I did find it a little humourous that they had a Michelin Star poster hung under the restaurant sign, but the acknowledgment was for a different restaurant a few spots down from Kiki Sushi.

3 of us got food poisoning. Lemon sushi. No one else eating there at 2p on a Sunday, yet adjacent restaurants were packed. Kitchen was a total wreck, dirty dishes and food preparation tools strewn everywhere. Foam package of salmon open in warm air. Only one person working there. Fish was soft, not firm. Had been out a while for sure. Do not eat here.
