You'd be better off having Hellen Keller take your order and Stevie wonder cooking it than these guys if you want what you correctly ordered or for it to look anything like it's supposed too. Absolutely pathetic excuse of service. Took 15 min in drive thru with only 2 other cars, for order to be wrong.

This place HAS to be a joke. Had a simple order, A chicken sandwich and a famous bowl. My famous bowl had two CHICKEN STRIPS, instead of the popcorn chicken, and a MOUNTAIN of corn. The Chicken sandwich didn't have pickles on it. The workers literally looked like they HATED their life. Like dude if you don't like your job get a better one? Hope y'all have a better day lol.

Come to the drive thru order a 3 piece "legs only" what part of "LEGS ONLY" don't you understand it's simple.... Bullshit. like this is why I normally order a 3 piece tenders meal. Hard to mess that up when it's just tenders. I guess requesting "only legs" is too complex for you guys to comprehend. It's the 3rd time now and y'all still make the same mistakes. But I can't be mad if all I made was minimum wage I wouldn't put forth much effort either.

I'm all for supporting local businesses and have been doing so 10x since the beginning of the COVID situation, but this KFC hits new lows, even when accounting for fast food quality expectations, cost cuttings, and delivery overhead. I just spent $94.21 for a 16 piece meal and two sandwiches. Chicken was extremely old and reheated, tough, and decomposing like crazy. This is borderline dangerous vs. merely "not tasting very good" - and I'm pretty tolerant.I've attached a screen shot of the cost breakdown so folks don't think I'm exaggerating.

Leaving Redmond on my way home after a long day. I was starving and the only thing I was able to find that was gonna be quick on the go l is this KFC. I order their chicken tenders and fries with a Pop. The Chicken was so awful I felt bad for the poor chicken that lost its life to be brought to KFC. The chicken was drier than my sense of humor. The breading was harder than my 10th grade math exam, all while the pieces were so small, they fell short; just like my dreams. The fries were greasy enough to bring back the Greaser days. And the pop is average. Hard to mess up a pop or at least I'd hope....

The workers were kind, and the drive-thru was nice. The chicken was great, and the mac and cheese is all you would expect from a great restaurant like this. The ambiance was good, with no crowded lines or busy workers. They were always ready to help you. It's a perfect place, and the workers have the time of their lives.

The worst pickup experience I've ever had, hands down. When I arrived to pickup my online order, all the doors and windows were closed, one staff let me wait at the small closed windows, BUT nobody opened the window. I saw the food bag with my name was ready on the table, but they let me waited before the closed window in the rain for 20 minutes. Finally, a long-haired male employee reluctantly opened the window and threw my food to me, which was already cold. Ridiculous experience!

Waited 20 minutes to order once I got to the order part of the drive through. No apologies at all. Made excuses they only had two employees which is more a reflection in management then the employees who were probably working as fast as they could. Sorry I can't go back if it takes 30 minutes to get through a drive through. We're past covid now figure it out.
