KFC

Decided to get another chicken sandwich after having an excellent experience the last time. However, this experience was quite the opposite. My original chicken was delicious as KFC is consistent with chicken pieces. My chicken sandwich was dry and tasted like it was made many hours earlier. My Fry's we're cold. There was also an odor in the lobby. If this is a franchise the franchise owner needs to check in and make some improvements. I expect more from KFC.

My father in law wanted to stop in Taco Bell for a quick snack. I saw KFC and said I will get a snack too. Note this location has both inside one location. I order a three piece chicken tender with a Diet Pepsi. We eat in so I look for a table that says we can sit as some are closed due to Covid. I get to a clean table and we sit down. Spoiler alert no photos even though I have been Yelping for over five years when it comes to food and I am hungry I tend to dig in immediately and say after OMG forgot to take the picture. Note they must have liked me as they gave me four pieces instead of three. So gave it to hubby when we picked him up a golf. The food at this location is served fresh hot and delicious. Everything is upon request including sauces for the tacos and napkins.

I usually don't leave reviews for fast food places, but I hope this is read and corrections made. I ordered a 3 piece tenders combo. I received a 3 piece meal (2 thighs and a leg). The order taker corrected the order and told me she gave me an extra tender. She never asked if I wanted any dipping sauce. The first tender had a very rubbery consistency and the biscuit / roll was so hard, it crumbled when I tried to break it in half. I didn't allow them to correct this, but they should know how long items have been sitting after being prepared. Maybe I need to stick with chicken breasts.

The last two times I have come to this restaurant by the time I got home I realized I was missing items. One time I called and called no one would answer so I ended up driving all the way back to the restaurant. The last time I thought I would just wait till the next time I went through and I was told there was nothing they could do about it.Well tonight I went through and ordered $77.57 Worth of food. I asked the young kid out the window if that was everything explaining to him that twice I have got home and realized I was missing items. He said oh Jesus then he went to like only to find out he had indeed not giving me my entire order so he handed me the four chicken tenders I had ordered. I got home only to realize I was missing two of the sides my four chicken legs à la carte and part of my Taco Bell order. I have tried for the past 30 minutes to call them no one will answer their phone. Also all of the chicken was so over cooked. I am going to upload a picture of that chicken tenders I received. Literally they are the size of my index fingers. They were not even edible. I was told my receipt would be in my bag however it is not in my bag so I had to screenshot my bank account showing proof I reached out to talk to the virtual assistant only to get nowhere.Obviously the management and the franchise owner of KFC doesn't give a rats ass about Customer Service or the quality of their food. Do not waste your money at this restaurant. There's a reason why they only have two stars. That's being generous they don't even deserve one star.

Prices have gone up and portions have gone down. The mashed potatoes wouldn't have fed my 10 month old grandson. Tables were all dirty and there was only one other family inside eating. Not at all what KFC use to be. Probably my last time eating at KFC. Definitely last time at this location.

Placed an online order, paid in advance and went to pick up order at the designated time. Was told they gave that order to someone else. Had to stand there while they put together a replacement order.The chicken was so oily, tasted and smelled like oil I couldn't eat it. My paper plate was soaked with oil. The mashed potatoes were just plain awful instant potatoes. The only thing decent were the biscuits, which made up my entire meal. I will not order chicken from here ever again.$22.00 for inedible chicken.

READ BEFORE YOU BUYKFC is advertising a 70 piece popcorn chicken bucket for $10. I only received 48. They try to fill up the box to make it look full but do not be scammed.In addition, my order did not come with the sauce. They charge additional for an extra sauce, so it amazes me they are so cheap to not even include the free one for over 40 pieces of chicken nuggets...This is an example of a poorly ran franchised business where the owners are just cheap. Yum Brands should be ashamed of these owners.

If you like your chicken blood red and cold this is the location you want.Also they have tried to sell me tacos without taco sauce twice.Gave up on them years ago!

Ordered on-line for pick-up. Did not receive all items ordered and paid for. The Chicken was Very Greasy, and the Coleslaw Tasted as if it had Gone Bad/Sour. It looked like they gave us a lot of Popcorn Nuggets but what they gave was a lot of Batter Only Nuggets. Only thing eatable were the biscuits. July 23rd, 2022 at 5:38 PMPick Up From:6708 W. I have come here on 3 occasions and legitimately all 3, the employees have forgotten at least 1 item in my order, causing me to then go BACK THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH AND WAIT BECAUSE THEIR LOBBY IS CLOSED. Tonight when this happened, I asked "could you guys throw something in for free because this has happened multiple times" and the response was "well can you prove it?" So unprofessional and ridiculous. I will absolutely not be returning and I would advise anybody else to do the same.
