The food tastes great! No problems other than the fact that the chicken sandwich has too much mayo/is too salty. I mainly order the chicken nuggets and fries. The fries are DELICIOUS!

"Your meal was packed and double checked for accuracy by _____" It's no wonder they left this blank because this is blatantly false. They forgot my sandwich and it took 2 minutes just for someone to hand me a soda cup which was part of the order and they forgot about as well. What a rip off. KFC is bottom of the barrel for chicken to begin with but if they can't even use their scale to make sure you get what you ordered, this place deserves to fail.

Over priced! Over cooked! Order one 2 piece meal with original chicken breasts , side of mashed potato + corn + biscuit. Even the biscuit was over cooked. Chicken was over cooked and dry! $20.00! WTH

They remodeled and become much cleaner than before. The whole KFC menu improved and the taste is better than before. The current team here is overall good. The missing meal situations are much less happening. The staff here are friendly and very nice.

Just left and he said the straws in the bag, there was no straws in the bag for our drinks, no fork for our coleslaw, no butter or honey for our biscuit and all of that isn't the reason for the one star. They decided to slap 2 chicken tenders inside my spicy chicken sandwich instead of the actualChicken patty, one fry box was half as empty as the other, and not even napkins.......all I can say is at least they didn't forget our sauce! & the food was good. Lol

Came prepared for Hell, but got Heaven instead.KFC caught my eye when they announced a Diablo 4 collaboration. Being interested in both destroying the minions of Hell and consuming chicken sandwiches, naturally I had to oblige. To be honest, I did not have high hopes for this chicken sandwich, but they proved me dead wrong.I ordered for pick up while I was literally 1 block away at the post office, and when I arrived at KFC my order was already sitting on the counter, like magic. I have no idea how they did it.The chicken sandwich was divine. It was one of the most tender and crispy pieces of chicken I've ever had in a chicken sandwich (I've had Popeyes, Chik-fil-A, and Jollibee so I'm not stranger to chicken sandwiches). The sauce to bun to chicken ratio was perfect. The crunch of the pickles was perfect. I couldn't have dreamed of a more perfect chicken sandwich if I had tried. Halfway through the sandwich I considered ORDERING ANOTHER ONE so I could attain the next level of rewards. Alas, I was already full after the sandwich and could not eat a 2nd one. I've had crappy chicken sandwiches before at other fast food joints, so I came in expecting the worst, but left feeling blessed.The fries were okay.

They we're open late and a lot of the other options had timed out. I was happy to find KFC was still open at around 11pm. Ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich box #9 and we were really excited For our food... Turns out that they decided to toss a couple extra chicken strips between the buns instead of giving us an actual chicken sandwich. My girlfriend cried. Now she can be emotional but I feel the painI know it's not a huge deal, but I kind of feel some type of way that I ordered and PAYED for a chicken sandwich and was finnessed with this makeshift meal. Chicken was good what can I say, and drive thru guy was nice. Forgot straws. But he was nice. Nonetheless I would like the item I paid for.

Restaurant was great! I placed an order for a work event. Not only my order was on time, but the staff was super friendly. Food was delicious and warm at the time of pickup. Will keep ordering from this location.
