I had stopped in for breakfast and coffee, but never lunch. Today I was hungry!! The BLT spoke my name and it was soooooo good! The bread fresh, the bacon crispy and the spicy Mayo on point!!! I love this shop more and more each time I pop in. The ambiance is perfect for friends, or studying and there is even a quiet sweet fire place table in the back for a quiet date.Every staff member was super nice. I saw one person try to be rude to them, they quickly deflected it. They all smiled, the the spot was super clean.Talented baristas:) that know coffee and how to make it!Recommend to all. Any time. Any meal :)

If you feel overpaying for really bad coffee and really bad service, this is the place for you! I have gone to this place many times. I don't know what's happened in the last year, but the coffee now is ABYSMAL. I thought the last 2 lattes were just off-days, but I got the same watered-down excuse of a latte today. And it was the same barista that made it.My Vietnamese coffee shouldn't taste like you just put nonfat milk into some basic coffee. It's strong coffee with sweetened condensed milk. I didn't taste either of those things. Just bland, diluted coffee. The latte tasted the same. Barely any flavor of espresso or syrup. My partner experienced the same disappointment the last few times we got coffee here. They did not call out the name when it was ready. They were too busy talking next to us. Who cares if someone is waiting for their coffee I guess. Even at my job I call out names twice. Then the server literally threw the plates on the table and left. No specifying who gets what. No offering utensils, napkins, no asking for anything else. My toast wasn't even cut in half.I wish I could get my tip back. This was the worst service and coffee I have ever had. I wanted to support local coffee spots, but management does not seem to care about quality here anymore. This is the last time I'm coming here.

Coffee was good! I had the iced rose and vanilla latte and my husband had the vietnamese iced coffee.The 2 stars is because we ordered two breakfast sandwiches and were told they ran out of eggs (which is one thing) but we went ahead with the order anyway. We waited for over 30 mins and never got our food, then people who just ordered got their food before us. We ended up going somewhere else to eat

I've been working out of here a for the last couple weeks and today was a terrible experience.The music choice was very distasteful. It was hard to work and enjoy coffee in the environment- it was louder than usual and it's not a night club at 9AM lol The workers look like they loathe every person coming to order- it's a customer service, hospitality based coffee shop- smile & say hello. Hopefully the owner can shift this asap, their coffee is super good and owners are very friendly!

Quick review.. this place is always busy! Vibe is lots of people on laptops, or just hanging out over coffee. Tables inside and outdoors. Good vibes for sure. Stopped in for a quick jolt of caffeine. Upon entering I was greeted by two girls behind the counter. I asked what the strongest cold brew was that they offered the Orleans as a suggestion, so I went with that with a splash of half-and-half and no cream. It was ready very quickly, which was nice cause we were out on a walk. The coffee was definitely strong, by the end of the cup I was raring to go, so if you're looking for something strong stop in and give that one a try. But be aware it is a bit bitter without the cream and a lot of the frilly stuff. It's just right to the point.

I told the lady at the counter that it was my first time and I wasn't sure how to order because there were numbers you I guess take to your table..I didn't take a number because I didn't know which one to take.She didn't say more than two words and one was peach and the other was.. actually that's all she did when I asked about flavored teas.The girl that brought the food walked by the table, slid the food on the table and kept walking. All that I have to say is that I cannot imagine how the employees here are able to work under these conditions (its so hot inside!). I have been here a few times to get work done, coffee is good, and staff is friendly, I'm not exaggerating when I say it's hotter inside than it is outside. I have to leave sooner than I'd like, because the heat inside is just unbearable. Maybe next time I'll just get my coffee to go, or stop by another coffee shop down the street, theres a few to choose from. Management should really check on their AC unit, because it's driving clientele away.
