What a wonderful venue to say the least! My mother pass mid December and my family wanted to have an after funeral reception for guest to pay one last tribute to my mother with food and drinks. Searched all over Renton, Kent and Auburn areas and happened to stumble across this gem. Kyle, the Rental Manager was very quick to respond and accommodate our needs. The venue got everything you need from: chairs, tables, full kitchen, ice machine and plenty of parking. Everything went smoothly from the set up to the clean up. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend this venue to family and friends.

We rented the Kent Masonic hall for our baby shower earlier this month and it was an unforgettable experience! From communication to cleanliness it was perfect. Kyle is very fast at responding and answered all my questions! He provided a ton of information! The hall has everything stocked from dish soap and sponges ready for cleaning dishes to a ton of stove tops and ovens. Even 2 large refrigerators and 1 freezer. Please keep in mind that you have to bring your own cookware and cooking ingredients. We brought our own Clorox wipes since they do not provide these but they do have liquid bleach. They also have an ice maker which came in handy! The bathrooms were stocked with hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Tables and chairs are provided. Liquor is allowed on the premises with an event liability insurance purchase (you can use the one on their site). The hall can fit 150 sitting and about 175 standing. They have a designated smoking area with a proper way to dispose of the cigarette butts which was cool! I definitely recommend booking this hall for your event. I will be booking this hall again in the future. Thank you for such a great and easy experience!

We just hosted my granddaughter's first birthday here for family and friends and it was the perfect size venue. The hardwood floors and exposed beams in the ceiling gives it a rustic feel. We loved the light from the windows.The instruction for the rental were very clear and there were additional signage in case we had any questions. The kitchen area is great with enough burners and oven space to cook. There was ample counter space for prep work as well. The chairs and tables were in great condition. Kyle was extremely responsive and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally.My only request would be to have the two rows of lights and the spot lights opposite of the kitchen on their own switches so you can turn them off without affecting the rest of the room lights.Overall, the venue is perfect for small-ish parties of up to 150 people and very affordable. We'll definitely rent again and refer our friends.

We just had our twins sweet 16th celebration there and it was perfect. The space is just right size, and the remodel gave it just the right amount of lighting and ambience. Communication and instructions was clear and Kyle answered all our questions and texts quickly. Thanks again for such a lovely. If and when we have another celebration it will surely be there again.

We just hosted our baby shower here recently and the space was perfect. It can book up fast so I'd recommend reserving it right away to guarantee your date. I waited to do so and the date I wanted wasn't available anymore. Although it was on a Friday, it still turned out just great. A lot of guests couldn't make it due to Covid or being exposed to someone so I was glad the Friday slot was inexpensive compared to my first choices of Saturday or Sunday. It's a do it yourself and self service kind of place and a bit more work but the prices are relatively lower compared to many places we looked at and of course the biggest bonus is that there's parking at the venue (which was important to us). Sometimes they take a little longer than 24 hours to respond but other than that, communication was great in answering all my questions and concerns.

We just had our wedding here last weekend (3.16.19) and the whole process was great. From the beginning Kyle was very responsive, but after that I worked mostly with Carrie. Throughout the wedding planning, I went to the Thursday open house almost every week especially when it got closer to the wedding and Carrie was so patient with me when I came in to figure out decorations and turning the lights off and I'm constantly. And even within the year, they made small improvements here and there and it made all the difference :)We ended up getting the deluxe wedding package that included the ceremony hall and reception area for 2 days. That really helped with the setting up of everything. It turned out great and it really created the ambiance we were going for. In the end my clean up crew I assigned didn't do the greatest job cleaning up so we lost some of our deposit bc of that, but nothing that Kyle or Carrie did. They were upfront and sent pictures of what mess we left. I do regret taking pictures when we got there which Carrie told me to do but I was so busy I forgot to.

We rented this hall for our sons 1st birthday. I'm so pleased with multiple aspects of this venue. 1- location, easy to get to and lots of parking2- the large chefs kitchen, easy for catering to access and utilize3- cleanliness of the venue, very well kept, you can tell they take pride in the ownership of this place4- lighting and aesthetic, this place is visually appealing5- abundance of tables and chairs- easily seat 150ish folksThere are a few reasons why someone may not consider.1- Price does not include cleaning, each individual is required to clean the venue thoroughly in order to receive their security deposit back in full 2- Overall price is a little high, but the venue is gorgeous, centrally located, and the owners are super nice and make the process easy. As long as prices don't go up, I truly think its fair. This is a ideal spot for Kent, I highly recommend renting for your next event! I'm sure we will be back to rent in the future for more birthday celebrations!Thank you to the team that helped us coordinate this rental, it was worth it!

We reserved the venue back in June and the fact that you're able to make payments prior to the event makes things so much easier, especially when there is other vendors you have to pay deposits for ahead of time. We had our daughter's 15th birthday party and we could not be more pleased with the communication and service provided by Kyle. We originally had planned to host the event for 120 people but about 90 showed. Everyone had nothing but good things to say. The venue is the perfect size for a larger party and the kitchen makes everything so much easier if you're catering yourself or someone else is providing their services. The large refrigerators, freezer and ice maker machine were such a life safer. We didn't have to worry about the drinks not been cold or use extra coolers from home which gave us extra space in the kitchen. We highly recommend booking your next event through the Kent Masonic Hall, you will be more than pleased.

This hall was perfect for our family event. We laughed, we cried, we ate and celebrated with our friends and family. This was a wonderful venue. It was clean and spacious. The kitchen was an absolute added bonus. Our family would 100% refer the banquet hall to anyone who is looking for a place for their event.
