Would I order from or eat here again? YES. Overall I enjoyed most of the food and I'll go into detail a little more below, also note this was ordered off door dash so my experience and prices may be a little different. Burnt Ends - this was probably the most disappointing out of my order. It comes with a decent amount of meat and had I ate it all I would have been a little more full. For 16$ I was a little disappointed in the quality - most of the meat was extremely dry and required me to drink something just to get it down. On top of that some of the pieces were so dry it literally took me 40 seconds to break it down in my mouth. Some pieces were very tender and full of flavor and some of the more (very burnt ends) were like biting down on a hard candy lifesaver.Beef Brisket Slider - 8/10. I loved the flavor and the meat was so tender and juicy, thinking about it now with some pickles and bbq sauce on top is making my mouth water but the bun is barely a tad larger than a Hawaiian roll. You get more meat than will fit in the single bun which is nice but the slider itself is smaller than my palm and for nearly 7$ (not filling, I would recommend 2 orders)Slaw and Beans - I'll have to admit that the other reviews skewed me towards these options as I was going to choose my favorite potato salad but everyone claimed both the slaw and beans were worthy of a taste AND THEY WERE RIGHT. I'm not a huge slaw fan but this slaw was amazing. I actually wanted more and finished the entire bit. You get a good taste of everything and some fresh cracked black pepper. It's not too over saturated with dressing and honestly just right. The beans were also very delicious and comforting with some bits of diced onion inside. I enjoyed the beans very much but the slaw was the overall winner.

Good Kansas City BBQ. Great people. Nice portion for meat. Will return for more in the future!

Growing up in the Midwest my soul has craved for some delicious BBQ from Missouri and I found what I have been looking for! The restaurant does not have dine in, carry out only and they are located at the Federal way farmers market with their food truck.We ordered the brisket, rib tips, baked beans and potato salad. The entire meal came with slice white bread, pickles and sauce. The food was so delicious, the rib tips were our favorite only because the brisket was tasty but a little dry. Brisket is a difficult meat to smoke and keep juicy-pretty much baby siting the meat-I've made brisket at home and it takes time!!!!! The restaurant was very clean, well organized, lots of options to choose from, they offer bottled soda and I didn't see any dessert options but there's plenty of bakery's near if you have a sweet tooth afterwards. The lady who greeted us was friendly, polite and welcoming. Answering all my list of questions and made sure we received our complete order before leaving. Overall the entire meal was filling, full of flavor, tasty and felt like home while I eating it. I could picture sitting outside on my granny's front pouch, with the aroma of smoked meat in the air! First time here. The lady at the counter was very patient and helpful. Service A+We get home and open up all the containers. Here is the break down:1. Brisket - pretty good maybe a little dry but fine2. Pork Ribs - good flavor. A little "Too off the bone" for me3. Beans were runny BUT they turned out to be amazing. Fantastic beans4. Potato salad - average5. Cole slaw - yum6. BBQ sauce. It was very runny but had a good, unique taste

My wife and I decided to try a new spot we saw today. As we walked in, the smells were amazing HOWEVER, very deceiving. The service was okay, the gentleman who took our order was kind. Our biggest issue was the food.I find it to be a travesty when a bbq restaurant serves RESERS POTATO SALAD...not even homemade??? C'mon man....that's wack, why are you not taking pride and making your own?My other frustration was the burnt end dinner I ordered...I paid $19 for 4 burnt end pieces that were basically just fat, 2 pieces that were inedible and so tough I couldn't eat them, I had maybe a few good pieces but even then, the meat itself was LACKING in the flavor department. They sprinkled some type seasoning on top that was too sweet and overpowered any flavor the meat may have had.Spent $35 and had a 1 star experience. I'm highly disappointed. SMH

The food was delicious. I ordered to go over the phone and picked up. They was on time with my order and made sure I had everything I ordered as I was leaving. Everyone at our get together all loved the burnt ends. Was so good. Nothing was left over. Thank you

Wow!!!! I should have taken a picture but I got caught up in the moment. I grew up in this neighborhood years ago but we recently bought a house where we moved from Whitecenter in Seattle... There are a lot of good BBQ spots in west Seattle and south Seattle so let me tell you. My wife told me about the $20 Sunday ribs so we decided to try it.... OMG those ribs were sooooo delicious!! I've traveled the world and country and I won't say they're the best I've ever had, but right now they are the best I can remember. We will be definitely returning to try everything on the menu.I wasn't there to pick up the food but my wife said it's a little hole in the wall. The location is clean and seems to be kept up. The woman working the counter was very sweet and helpful. We will surely be frequent customers. The only thing we left wondering, do any of your customers ask if y'all can make mash potatoes and gravy as a side? :)

We got dinner on a weeknight, place was basically dead. We did get a discount on the dinner since we came in before 6pm.We ordered the half chicken and pork rib dinners with an additional order of the sausage. Chicken was very dry. I salvaged them the next day by adding a boat load of mayo to make chicken salad. Pork ribs were decent and sausage was dry as well. Bbq sauce is on the watery side (is that kc style?). I did like the beans though.

Customer service not so great and the food has no taste or flavor to it. The chicken and bbq tips were dry. Extremely disappointed.

Grabbed lunch today from this hidden gem! It was delicious. The ribs and rib tips did not disappoint.
