Kávé at House of Haggai

UPDATED with photos of brake default light that is now coming on after coffee went into emergency brake area. I've visited Kávé almost weekly since I moved back to the area (both Gallatin & Hendersonville location). And was disappointed with what l experienced today in Gallatin. I ordered my usual coffee and the girl (Kayla) handed it to me and the lid wasn't secure. It's spilled down my leg, in my car console and on floor mats. She did hand me a rag but was annoyed that I was taking a while to wipe up coffee. She made me another coffee and AGAIN the lid popped before I could get it into the window and it spilled on my hands. She then blamed the person who made the drink and said it was their fault.I tossed the rag into the window seal and she started yelling that I threw it at her. Which I didn't do. I asked to speak with a manager because she was being condescending and she yelled "the manager is my aunt." I still wanted to speak with someone. I've NEVER experienced anything like that at either location. Then she yelled that SHE doesn't want me to come back?!!!!? I will at some point go back and talk with a manager but her temper was out of control. I had to return home to change and clean my car!

I am from Las Vegas and I frequently review coffee shops (I've been to 36 locally so far) and now I am in town visiting family. This is by far the best coffee shop I've ever been to. The area is wonderful and the coffee shop itself is so beautiful and welcoming. The prices are unbeatable (comparing to Las Vegas of course) and this is truly the best coffee I've ever had. I am not a fan of chai but the dirty chai latte is unbelievable AND THE HOMEMADE SOURDOUGH BAGELS.. OH MY GOD?? The baristas are so sweet everything about this place is so amazing and now I'm crying that there isn't one back home. This place is definitely going to motivate me to come back to TN.

My Favorite Coffee Shop in Gallatin! Friendly Staff! Usually stop here right before work!

The atmosphere at Have is incredible! If you live in Gallatin...no in Sumner County this is the spot to go to for great quality coffee drinks, chill out or come out to study. The staff is attentive and are knowledgeable of the product they have. One of the things that stands is the impressive murals they have inside that are just a whole vibe!

I love the location of this coffee shop and the faith based approach. It has a decent vibe. For the longest time they said they didn't have Matcha but a worker the other day said they did have it which made me happy as I'm not a huge coffee drinker. Its just not listed on the menu. Prices are fair. They have a drive through and a punch card for free coffee!

I love the setup and spaces throughout the shop. Service was good! I'm super picky about my Chai Latte because most places don't make it well. I was super delighted with my order and the way it was made.

Atmosphere: Music: DOUBLE CHECKDrinks: The staff is so dang friendly and their Chai Tea Latte is amazing! Great establishment for gathering with friends, studying The Word or just to get out of the house to relax. Huge selection of drink options and pastries. The footprint of the business is open, which makes it great for having conversation. You don't have to worry about overhearing what someone else is saying. Prices are comparable to Starbucks, Dutch Bros and other coffee places. If new to town, give them a try--and if you've lived here awhile, still give them a try.

My boys and I love this place. The inside is cozy and relaxing. I like the cold brew, and there are several options for kids that aren't too expensive, which is appreciated. My boys love it most when there are games they can play.

I will love this place until I die. Sooooo good. The people are very nice and the environment is like none other. I go with my dad every chance I get. I just wish they were open on Sundays. But I totally understand the point of letting your employees go to Church and have the day off. The atmosphere is amazing. My favorite drinks are the Snickerdoodle and Cookie Crumble. I love Kávé. You should for sure go.

I typically go to the drive through location in Hendersonville, which is my fave. I was in Gallatin and saw this location. It's really cute on the inside and my drink was delish (didn't expect any disappointment there)! My only drawback is that after I ordered, I went and took a seat. At no point did anyone let me know my drink was ready. I happened to look up and saw it just sitting on the counter. I would suggest either taking names or just announcing that a drink is ready. The girls aren't as friendly as the girls at the Hendersonville location. Idk, maybe they can teach the girls at the Gallatin location a few things lol But I still love Kave as a whole and prefer it over any other coffee shop!
