We were reluctant to try this restaurant because we've seen it change hands a few times and it rarely looks busy. That was a mistake. Their food is really good and service is excellent they are now our go to Thai place. We always have the crab wontons, the kids love them. My husband and I enjoy their Pad Thai. He gets pork, I'm vegetarian and get tofu. The fried rice is also really flavorful.

We ordered through DoorDash so can't comment on the restaurant ambience, but the food was great! We got the pad see ew and Panang curry which had an actual good spice just how I like it, instead of the weak spice level common in most other places. I do wish the portions were slightly bigger because it seemed a bit pricy for the takeout portion size (maybe dine in portions are bigger?) but either way we'd be interested to come dine in sometime!

I had been driving past Kataliya Thai House in Kenmore for nearly two months via my weekday 522 commute. I placed a takeout order via their straightforward online site at the end of my workday (1/11/23). It was helpful to be notified about my order/receipt status via text and email. Easy access from westbound 522 and available parking adjacent to the restaurant. Very welcoming upon entrance. After a brief wait, my piping hot dinner order was ready and nicely packaged to go.Note: this post is for dinner takeout. Some of the best Thai food!!This spot is so cute and welcoming from the outside, and the food and service don't disappoint inside either!On a Friday night, we were seated immediately and served quickly after. From the fried cauliflower to the duck curry and pad see ew - everything was so delicious here!!I would definitely come back on a chilly night or even do takeout, as that seems to be a popular option here as well!

Note that this review is 100% based on takeout because I have never dined-in.Our household has ordered two entrees for takeout on multiple occasions since we moved to Kenmore in 2020. On a few occasions we have ordered takeout for larger groups of people, including two kids under 4 years. I think the price point is pretty average for the area (moderate-expensive but quality and quantity is worth it).We can vouch for most of the vegetable-based entrees like prik king (stir-fried green beans) etc. The fried spring rolls with plum sauce, and most of the fried rice and noodle dishes (with veg/tofu) are also very satisfying. It's hard to pick a "favorite" when there are so many good options! We're happy to have this restaurant in the Bothell-Kenmore area

We had the pork pad thai, chicle pad see ew, and lychee cheesecake with thai iced tea! It was delicious! One of my new favorite restaurants for sure!The atmosphere was beautiful and everyone was super sweet! They made us feel super comfortable during our time there and treated us like family.
