Kasai Park West Peoria - Japanese Steakhhouse

Kasai Park West Peoria has easily become my new favorite restaurant on the west side for happy hour, meeting friends for dinner and enjoyed several teppanyaki celebrations.First of all, the food is aesthetically pleasing but not too pretty to not devour. Same goes for their signature cocktails. Secondly, the entire staff works as a team to make sure your experience is memorable. The place, utensils, plates, glasses are all spotless and you do see servers cleaning the stemware. I appreciate that!Ample clean bathrooms, plenty of parking at the rear of the restaurant. I cannot say enough great things about this establishment! Now I don't have to drive to their Scottsdale location. Bonus points for being on the west side of the valley. TY!!

We made reservations for Mother's Day, it is insane and crazy. Everyone wants a part of this! Of course, Teppanyaki was our pick. It was a lot of fun and the environment is fancy. Each Teppanyaki meal is accompanied by mushroom soup, house salad, a shrimp starter, fried rice, seasonal vegetables, and the frozen pineapple soft - serve dessert. I ordered the New York Strip and Chicken Breast! Then the cooking show began! The chef displayed his skills with fire, tricks, and jokes. He was great and cooked everything to perfection too! It was crazy busy so service was a bit slower. I was very full, but my friend insisted we need to order the Brown Butter Cake (Bourbon caramel toffee crunch ice cream, caramel sauce, raspberry sauce, and seasonal berries). Ok, she was 100% right. It was SO GOOD!

What a Wonderful Experience We went to Kassi Pak for my nephew's 21st birthday. The food and service was excellent. We had reservations and were seated immediately. The staff was very friendly, service was exceptional and the food delicious.We ordered the filet mignon, chicken, scallops, and lobster. Everything was fresh, flavorful, grilled to perfection, and beautifully presented. The chef even displayed a few new tricks I haven't seen before. It was an amazing dining experience. Definitely recommend for any special occasion.

Hannah our Wait Person was so sweet, attentive and very accommodating.The on line reservation system was very easy to navigate and the follow up text messages about the reservation was phenomenal.The food was great, my filet was tasty and tender.Just remember it's a lot of food for the price.Our Chef was okay, somewhat entertaining but there were better ones in the house that night.Ambiance and feel were very impressive.The hostess/hostesses were extremely friendly and accommodating.We will definitely return!

I was excited to try this new location and I was in the mood for steak. You can either dine at a table or eat teppanyaki style. We opted for the table. They don't bring you to a table, it's "open seating". That's different for what seemed like a fancy steakhouse. We waited what seemed like an awkwardly long period of time until our server came and she was surprised that we didn't have menus. Interestingly, not one of the tables in the restaurant had menus.We started with a seaweed salad and the brussel sprouts appetizer. The seaweed salad was good. The brussels sprouts have pomegranate seeds that would've been a good touch if they were fresh. They were bad, not bad tasting, actually old and fermented.I got the New York strip and it was just okay. It was over cooked and a bit tough. I ordered it medium rare and it was medium and only slightly pink. After complaining about the brussels sprouts, I thought I would just suck it up and finish my meal. Honestly, I always get a better steak at Black Angus, so for $44, this was quite a disappointment. The service was fine and they comped the brussels sprout, but I really didn't enjoy the noise from the nearby Teppanyaki tables. I probably won't be back.

We came here for my son's birthday and we had a blast. The chef comes out and starts with some appetizers and cooks your choice of dish after. The chef is talkative and had us laughing as well. He made many jokes and the food came out delicious! I got the New York strip and my wife got the Filet Mignon. The meat was tender and the seasoning was flavorful on the veggies. The meal also comes with a side of egg fried rice and our chef made everything look so simple yet taste so delicious. This place is good for dates, birthday parties or even just a hang out with friends. We will be back for more !

The ambiance was really good, very lively but not so loud you can't hear yourself talk (I have a soft voice) Service was great to my friend and I, asked the waiter for his drink options and his selection was great. Had the gyoza/ chicken dumplings, it was okay, but not my favoriteI had the lobster shrimp fried rice. Big portion size, enough for brunch the next day and flavorful.

Beautiful restaurant, the food is presented very well and everything was very good. The service was on point. She was very on top of us and we didn't have to wait very longIt is right next to our favorite Sushi restaurant - we will continue to go there for that but for food and atmosphere, we will come back.

Went to the one in Scottsdale along time ago. They made one on the west side. It's beautiful inside! Loved the experience. Definitely a fun time. Really good food. Got the chicken and steak. Got a strawberry lemonade it was good. Service was great. Definitely make reservations.
