Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers

The owner Karin actually works there and her No Nonsense approach to one of the best meals you can have is the best. If you want to throw back to the way a hamburger should be this is the place to go. Also don't forget to try her custards and her special Sundaes.

We always have the best experiences with Karin's! First, we love the outdoor eating space and the old school feel. The staff are always so sweet and fun to interact with, too.If you're looking for a really great smash burger, this is the place to go!! The Intimidator is freaking fantastic. And their desserts are incredible. Sometimes we'll make a trip to Karin's just for the ice cream sundaes. The turtle and the pb/fudge are our favorites.

Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers is a great burger Shack that brings me back to another time with its burger shack ambiance and friendly service.The hamburgers are kind of a no-frills approach to burgers and a welcome and superior burger than those fast food burger chains.It is great to see these mom-and-pop independent burger joints are still around to remind us all that before those national burger monoliths became the norm, these independent burger joints were the place we headed to to get a burger and fries. Karin's Kustard & Hamburgers shows us how good a burger can be.

Traveling with the family, found Karin's on yelp, stopped off for lunch, fast a delicious! Fried Bologna is amazing! Burgers are good too! Young lady that took our order was accommodating with us being tourists, friendly and patient.

Great food for good prices. I got a fried bologna and a double burger. The burger literally is one of the best smash burgers in Nashville. It's better than joyland. Sean Brock wishes he could make a burger like this. Old school burger stand. A little bit of a wait (and my ice cream was almost melted when I got it?) all in all, very worth it.

Local hole in the wall serving delicious American classics. Their drive through typically has cars lining down the street, but they combat this by sending workers out to get orders car to car. There is a gravel parking lot with a small outdoor bench style seating area to eat if the weather permits.I enjoyed every single bite of this greasy meal. Their juicy smash burgers come with tomato, lettuce, pickles, mayo, ketchup, and mustard. The fries (not pictured because we inhaled them) come without salt, so you can season them as you please. We also tried the spuds, which are deep fried morsels of potato, jalapeño, and cheese. Everything tastes phenomenal and I cannot wait to come back when my next burger craving hits me.

Great home style meals. Like having hamburgers, hot dogs in your back yard ! Food combinations allow the flavors to flow. Meals are ideal size according to a homemade meal and price according to the meal size .

The staff is always friendly. A great family place to get a meal and dessert. They treats are always a lot and that makes me happy.
