I'd give them zero stars but I have to give at least 1. This was an awful experience.1: Our driver picked us up on time, but the vehicle wasn't well kept. The front seat had dirty napkins and a fast food drink and wasn't clean. The windshield was even cracked! He was very nice, but he also had a trach, which he was clearing a few times during the drive. We were also told champagne and waters would be provided, but they weren't and he had no idea about it. 2: He had no idea what was going on. He didn't know which gate to go to, where to go, what to do, etc. WE had to tell him several times to go to gate 2! He got off the wrong exit, when I told him not to go that way. I have never had a limo/driver service have to be told where to go or what to do! When you hire a driver, it's supposed to be stress-free. 3: During the drive there and back, he was swerving lanes and almost hit a car or 2. At one point, we were sitting in traffic on a hill and the vehicle began to roll back. He didn't notice and the car behind us had to honk his horn and we all screamed for him to stop. 4: We were under the impression he was going to wait for us, but he told us that he had another pick up. In which he said he was unaware that we were told he would wait. Miscommunication? 5: When I messaged Antoine about this experience, he responds with a very unprofessional and almost rude text. If this is how you run a business, I want zero part of it! You DO NOT tell me that you're busy, that you have drivers call in, thay vehicles are in the shop, etc. You DO NOT feed me your excuses as to why this experience was awful and expect me to be ok with it! You also fail to realize that your business being busy, isn't MY problem. That's your problem! I would not be writing this if I hadn't got a nasty response basically saying sorry, not sorry but that's life. WHAT!?!?!??! THAT'S LIFE?????? Absolutely not! I have attached the text that was sent to me. I am completely 100% baffled and confused by that response! That isn't life when you're paying $700+ for a service! That's called unprepared and unprofessional!! Instead of saying "I'm so sorry about this, let me make this up to you, etc" I get "oh BTW, you owe more and we are sending an invoice" I complained very lengthy to his response and he never responded. He said I needed to be charged for 8.5hrs instead of the 5 I had already paid for. When it's actually 7.5 hrs. But yet, he never responded to that, and charged my card for an extra 3.5hrs. WHEN I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY EXTRA! After the experience we had? How about let's call that life and call it good? Since Antoine wants to tell me that my awful experience was just life! THIS IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! Absolutely insane actually!
