Let me start off by saying that if you haven't gotten a massage yet, this is your sign to do so. My boyfriend gifted me a certificate for a massage and facial for our anniversary. Scheduling appointments is easy and quick. The lady on the phone was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. When walking into the salon, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The check in process was simple and quick. They already had my certificate on file. Tillie, my esthetician, was sweet and respectful. She was knowledgeable in her craft. The facial itself was very relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. I did find that she was on her phone a bit, which was surprising. My only concern with that is sanitary reasons, I'm not sure if she has gloves on or not. She didn't wash her hands in between touching her phone and my face. Kim, my massage therapist, was amazing. She was kind, and respectful. She was knowledgeable in her craft as well. She massaged me in places I didn't know I had tension. I felt comfortable entire time. She addressed my concerns and fears and reassured me quickly. Kim was amazing and I will be back to see her! Overall, I had a great experience.

Zen Massage Overland Park gets 5 stars solely because Brooklyn is THE BEST!!!!Her entire technique is SO RELAXING! Trust me when I say this because I've had tons of massages but I've never found my majestic masseuse unicorn. :)Zen Massage Overland Park, however, does need to turn the lights on more often and make sure the walls are clean. The entire atmosphere should be clean and appealing.

We made an appointment for a Swedish plus couples massage and we told there would be a cancellation fee if not canceled within 24 hrs but they neve have okie the cost of the massage up front nor did they tell us the fee would be the entire cost of the massage! When I tried to reach out and attempt to reschedule and even willing to tip the therapists extra for the inconvenience they only were willing for us to come back ata later date for half off plus the cost of the initial couples massage ... very disappointed with their unwillingness to accommodate an out of state visitor

I was having massive shoulder pain that was emanating into the back of my arm. I wanted to try a massage before going the chiro/doc/PT route as I have an old injury to my back from a car wreck 5 years ago.I was here taking care of my Mom and just trying to find a reliable place.I went in. It was COVID clean, everyone wearing a mask, shields in front of the front desk, everything signed and paid for electronically, etc. My Therapist was Ariel and she was AWESOME. She asked me a ton of questions and listened to me and advised me on what would make me feel better.Admittedly, I'm a wimp, so I hurt a lot right after and the next day (no more than I had already been in pain, though) , but then.... just like going to the Chiropractor... pain was GONE GONE GONE literally less than 36 hours later. Magic!!!I will definitely go back when I'm in town.

I've been to Zen several times in the past, but many of the therapists have changed. I saw the reviews for Dakota and made an appointment for a 90 minute massage. It was fabulous! I will definitely be coming back and specifically requesting him!

Scheduling is a nightmare. Don't get your hopes up on being able to be seen the day you book.

After a particular strenuous work I had pinch a muscle in my left shoulder so bad I could not raise my hand over my head. What relief, after just one session the tightness of the muscle was completely released, I got up off the table being able to raise my hand over my head without any pain at all. Thank you Zen Massage!
