* Not a full hour (like was told), Rushed, No organization or direction from photographer.* Glare off my wife's glasses in every picture, fountains coming out of my wife's head.* Did not pose the group at all, just said, "Line up" and took some "snapshots"* The pictures turned out horrible, washed out, non-professional...* When contacted about dissatisfaction response was flippant, "Well you can't please everybody"* Refused to issue refund or adjustment of any kind. * VERY DISSATISFIED...Would NOT recommend her at all. * Would give lower than 1 star rating if possible.* Most high school and college photography students could do better.
