Love the classes and variety of instructors. First couple of classes were not right for me but thankfully I kept coming and found some amazing classes and teachers. The heated room has the right vibe to get a good workout in a relaxed ambiance. The candle-lit yoga class and music selections definitely make the experiences even better.Staff is great and always welcoming.

I absolutely LOVED Aerial Unwind with Rosie! I've been to several yoga hammock classes in the past. Typically it feels like a lot of play with very little structure. Aerial Unwind with Rosie was totally different! The class was thoughtful and had a beautiful flow - despite how clumsy it can feel to stretch with silks at times. Rosie is deeply knowledgeable and connected with her expertise. Everything we did had a purpose, but it was still really fun!!! I felt like I got SO MUCH out of my hour at Yoga Patch and a I can't wait to deepen my practice with Rosie as a guide.

This is my new Saturday morning spot! I went to the hot flow with Rachel at 930 and it was the perfect way to start my Saturday. Make sure you get there early if you want a parking spot in the lot. There are plenty of other things to do at yoga patch. They offer many different types of yoga classes for all levels and there's also a float tank.I highly recommend.

I attended Slow Flow with Joe yesterday morning and it was such a great class! Joe has an incredibly calming presence and a very kind demeanor. I'm definitely looking forward to adding his class to my routine while I'm in town the next few months.I am going to check out another class/instructor tomorrow but so far I really like the overall vibe of Yoga Patch so much more than other studios I've dropped in at in Kansas City. Yoga Patch is definitely for the person looking to experience YOGA as weird at that may sound, it's just that these days there are so many places masquerading as yoga studios but they're much more HIIT oriented workouts. If you're looking for a focus on stretching, breathing, and mindfulness I'd say Yoga Patch is the place for you. Other relevant information: the location was super easy to find and parking was available in the lot, although I imagine it fills up quickly during evening/weekend classes. All of the props you'd hope to find were available and I believe mats were as well, I brought my own so I'm not 100% sure. The other students were all respectful, kind yogis and I felt very welcome.

Holy hell. I took my first Buti yoga class here and it definitely kicked my buti!It has been awhile since I have been in a yoga class so I am by no means an expert yogi. One of my friends saw online that a drop-in class here was $5 so she invited me to try a new studio with her. The Yoga Patch has a totally different vibe from any other studio I've been to. It pretty much covers everything you need- yoga classes, massage therapy, sauna and spa, and a cafe!Buti yoga was also unlike any other yoga class I've done. It kind of mixes Vinyasa yoga and dance and it was hard AF! I really enjoyed it because my mind wasn't wondering and I got a great workout. The instructor, Gwen, had such a great energy about her too. She didn't make me feel intimidated by the moves because she was doing everything right along with us. You can't beat the prices here either. Since we were newbies, our fee was on the house! They also offer three weeks of unlimited classes for newbies at only $33. Overall, we both enjoyed our experience and I will definitely be back to try some of the other classes!

I found them a groupon and that was one of the reasons I ended up here. I like the class variety and options they offered. They have aerial yoga, prenatal to most common such as Hatha. I like that they offer evening classes as well as weekend. They also offer pay what you can. The studio is beautiful, calling to my heart with all the plants inside and out. The patio is so pretty, I just want to sip on coffee and hang out there. My first class was Hatha, it is small and personal and the instructor takes the time to make sure you are doing the poses correctly to maximize your experience. Hatha does require yoga experience, keep that in mind when signing up. The instructor and owner Maria makes it a point to know your name and remember you. If you forget or don't have yoga mat or props, those are available for free at the studio. I definitely recommend!

Yoga Patch has changed the way I meditate. The 1-hour float sessions have created an environment that is totally isolated and leaves you in a space where you can just be alone with your thoughts, work on your breathing, and center yourself before going back out into the world. The prep prior to creates a spa-like atmosphere that gets you totally relaxed and in the right state of mind. I highly recommend this to anyone look for new paths of stillness and enlightenment.
