Delicious food truck food. Chicken pad thai was flavorful and saucy. With a touch of red pepper flakes, it was perfect. I usually don't have much expectation for food truck. But this one did not disappoint. If I see this food truck while out driving. I will most likely get it, even if I am not hungry.Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious food and the customer service is phenomenal too! We ordered a family meal deal which fed our family of 5 with leftovers! The food was cooked fresh, hot and tasted amazing! Thai Iced Teas was sweet and delicious as well. It was a nice refreshing drink while we waited for our meal to be prepared to go. 10/10 would highly recommend! We will be back! Thank you for your service and for coming to our neighborhood!

The food truck was in the neighborhood so we decided to give it a try. We asked what the most popular dish was so we ordered the panang curry. After 45 minutes we brought it home and were so underwhelmed by what we ate. It was so sweet and tasted more like a watery coconut dessert. I had to add fish sauce and kaffir lime leaves to finish the dish. I'm giving them 3 stars because they were really nice but I would not recommend the panang curry to anyone unless you want a little curry flavor to your dessert.

We contacted them to ask them but not sure if they are or not. someone let us know.. we want to go back and buy from them again. but no mask no customers here. great food , facebook updated to find them. they are a food truck stopping in all over kc. small menu but everything is great!

Absolutely loved this business. I needed a food truck on shorter notice and they responded quickly. They provided a delicious menu. They arrived promptly and very professional.The food is delicious and fresh. We will definitely hire this company again.A must try if you want delicious healthy food.

I messed up my order and they simply recookedit; no hassle. They are clean and friendly. The food is very plentiful and the flavors are pleasing. They are here at Nolandand 23rd in Independence on Thursdays.

Ying and Tomas always provide excellent service and fresh ingredients for an amazing Thai experience. They come to our neighborhood often and nearby. The Pad Thai, crab Rangoon, and Thai tea will bring you to tears. The food is always made fresh, to order and served hot. The Thai tea is a perfect combination of sweet and creamy. It's served ice cold and the perfect way to refresh your taste buds after eating.

I want to start off by saying I have never had Thai food before, but if it's as good as this food truck I will be having it again. I got Chicken Pad Thai and an order of Crab Rangoon. I ordered the Pad Thai with the spice level of medium. It had a nice kick to it, next time I'm going with the mild. The Pad Thai was flavorful and filling. If you see this food truck you must order the Crab Rangoons! They are made fresh and are so delicate and delicious. Not only is the food amazing but I enjoy the customer service and value. My order was taken by someone outside the truck and I really enjoyed it! Not only was I able to hear him better but it also gave me a chance to ask questions and learn about the history of the food truck. I hope to see this truck around soon because I'm ready for seconds!

We had Pad Thai, Chicken Curry and egg rolls. All were very good. Wish they hadn't run out of shrimp. I would definitely order again. It's had to find good Thai food locally.

WOW!! I am blown away. My niece and I were going to get some sort of take-out when, on a whim, we saw this food truck. I am so glad we did. It is my understanding that this establishment is run by a husband and wife team. The guy was outside mingling and welcoming new customers, he credited his wife for the cuisine (who I understand is Thai by birth). My niece is vegetarian and they were able to accommodate her needs with their Pad Thai dish with Tofu instead of whatever meat option you might choose. I wanted to try her dish, but also wanted to see whatever else they had to offer. I let the guy choose their second most popular dish... I don't know what it was called, but it had beef, peppers, onions, carrot, in a wonderfully complex flavor profile that I found AMAZING! Two notes: 1) The heat level is mild, medium, and hot. When I am in the Midwest, I always order "hot" because there tends to be a difference between "Thai hot" and "Midwest hot." Much to my delight and surprise, I got "Thai hot" which, not only lends credibility, but also delivered on the promise. Next time, maybe medium. 2) The flavor profile on my niece's Pad Thai was very subtle. I think a request to add a bit more sauce or flavoring might be a good idea.I will go back again -- probably this week. So good!!Thanks, guys. You're killing it!!!
