Xtreme Gymnastics & Trampoline

This place is my home away from home. I have known the owner and most of the workers the majority of my life and I can not tell you how much I have learned from them, not only as a gymnast, but in life. They are pros at what they do, detail oriented, and make sure you're having fun in the process. My 7 year old niece and 3 year old nephew takes gymnastics there now and I couldn't be happier with the focus and discipline they're getting when it comes to the classes at Xtreme. Safe environment and all over great and clean place to learn and grow.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. You managed to send a little kid home devastated and balling as I loaded her on the car. Good job. We showed up at 9:25 for the 9:30 sample class and checked in. The person working the counter introduced my daughter to the instructor, who told us that they would call her when the class begins. She had her remove her shoes & socks and take a seat. We did so, 20 feet away and right in the front. We sat there waiting for someone to call her for 25 minutes while one regular class after another started. No one called her, no one said anything about a sample class. The instructor never approached us or said anything else to us as I reined my daughter in for 25 minutes while she watched the other kids get to jump and play. As she was boiling over I decided to go up to the desk to see when her sample class was going to begin and was informed that she was supposed to be with the first class to start... 25 minutes ago. No one called her, as we were told that they would, and the response to the situation was that we could join the nearly finished class or we could try again next week. I get that most of the people working here are extremely young so it's easy to blame them but the fault here lies entirely with the management and their clear lack of a process for this.

I cannot say enough good things about Xtreme gymnastics. The coaches Are extremely friendly, professional, and they always practice safety. The equipment is always clean and well maintained. The classes are well designed with purposeful, attainable, developmentally appropriate goals. The restrooms/changing area is also very clean. My young kids love coming to gymnastics. The themes are fun and kid friendly. The staff is very helpful. The parent communication is impeccable. I was blown away by this gym from my first visit and I look forward to many more years of gymnastics for my kids. I highly recommend xtreme gymnastics.
