The best Mexican food I've probably ever had! We just happen to live in the same neighborhood as their food truck and finally gave the actual restaurant a try. We were blown away by the hospitality and amazed by how delicious the food was; we had drinks, entrees, and dessert, and still wanted more! I had the owner make some suggestions and ordered whatever he chose for me. Loved every bite and can't wait to come back for more.

After reading all the reviews we couldn't wait to try this place. Maybe it was built up a bit much or maybe I'm just not a fan of authentic food? We had the beef tacos, picadita's, Gordita, and quesabirria and none of them had much flavor at all. The place is super clean and staff was friendly. I gave them three stars because the skinny margarita and guacamole were both exceptional. I'd come back for chips and drinks but skip dinner.

Great food! we were feeling the Thai place next door as I had a taste for something with spice. Thai was closed and we noticed this place and decided to give it a try, I'm really glad we did, street tacos and tamales were fabulous and we will be back, food, services and margaritas atr worth trying.

Indigenous food at it finest! Great place. Everything is made from scratch. I had a which included chicken tamale , paridito and a cheese quesadilla, black bean and rice. Everything was delish and it was more than I can eat. Much praise for the amazing tamale! I do not think I've had one better than this. Cute restaurant inside with colorful tables. Great drinks ! Very friendly staff.. the owner comes through and talks to customers.

I like the uniqueness of the food! It's fresh and delicious and unlike any other Mexican food I've had in Lee Summit or surrounding area. It's a simple atmosphere, so don't feel like you have to dress up. The margarita was very fresh, and I loved that there was no aftertaste like some margaritas that I've had. Our waiter, Johnny, made us feel very welcome. Definitely will be going back there again!

Went with a group of friends and no one left disappointed. It was Tuesday so I had the taco special and tried four different flavors. They were all good. One friend said it was the best chicken taco she'd ever had. I am looking forward to going back and trying other items! Meals are served with chips and salsa.

New local restaurant in Lees Summit. Do yourself a favor and check this place out for traditional Mexican food and house made margaritas. Sorry no pictures because I ate too fast! Not a typical mex restaurant experience here. The tortillas are amazing. The service was attentive and the drinks are craft cocktail level with fresh ingredients and house made sour mix. Excellent enchiladas and my wife raved about the street tacos. Can't finish without mentioning the fresh salsa. You will taste the difference here. Real food and great people!

A family business that is sharing its traditional recipes from Guerrero, Mexico. Looking forward to returning to try their mole once it reappears on the menu. I'm also planning on placing an order of tamales for the holidays. Real deal southern Mexican cooking. Try the spicy salsa!

So thrilled to have found this hidden treasure and in Lee's Summit! Happened to drive by, decided to give it a try and we were Wowed! Not your average Mexican food, not fancy, just fantastic! Our server, Sol, was amazing, friendly, attentive and willing to help some newbies out with choices. I had the Gorditas, highly recommend. My husband had some special tacos that's name escapes me, but the Gorditas were fantastic. You must check them out SOON!

Delicious food. Party of 6 and everyone loved their meal. The server was friendly and helpful service. It's our family new favorite Mexican restaurant in Lee's Summit.
