X-Golf Parkville

We came from out of town and had a great time here for a birthday with a group of 10!The food was AMAZING! The staff was very friendly, and everything came out so quickly. I can't believe how good the pizza and unlimited queso was here for being so fast!! I would 100% come back for the quality of the food let alone the atmosphere and golf bays, but those were great too!

We stopped in for our first time this evening as a small group. We made reservations online for afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to have the entire place to ourselves. The service is spot on and the staff is super helpful when it comes to teaching you how to use their technology. We were all amazed at how accurate the read is on every shot. We ordered the the wings and sliders to snack on as we played and they were delicious. Overall this is an amazing place to hit when the weather doesn't cooperate, or when you're wanting to diagnose issues with your swing.

First time at X-Golf! Had a great experience from the golf to the drinks. I was unaware that you need to bring your own clubs! Luckily, I live nearby. There are a number of bays for groups to enjoy or schedule some time by yourself to work on your swing! Staff was great and friendly! And check out their tournaments and leagues!

I came here tonight and thought it was really cool when I walked in. Fun environment, bar, tvs, and golf what more could you want? Well, I was very disappointed when I started taking some shots on the simulator. It was very inaccurate throughout the entire session. It continuously didn't read our shots that were right up the middle. We let our waitress and the owner know and they told us it could be our shadows. This wasn't the case because we had lefty and righty golfers who's shadows weren't anywhere near the lasers. We payed over 300$ for this experience and I ended up being pretty upset throughout it. On top of it all the owner sat at the bar the majority of the time socializing. Listen, I love golf and think places like this are awesome. They just need make sure their equipment is calibrated before paying customers come and use it. If they are facing issues don't brush it off as an issue with shadows... solve the problem and make sure everything is good. Disappointing to say the least

I am at a loss for words after my recent visit to Parkville's X Golf. The concept is magnificent. However, the execution is terrible. We started off with wings. They were tender and seasoned well. The service was somewhat slow, but we had no serious run-ins with the staff until we attempted to use a gift card. X-Golf requires the customer to present both the receipt and the physical gift card. Unfortunately, this was not made clear to us until it was time to pay the bill. We had to scramble to recover pictures of the receipt and we were not allowed to leave. This serves as a warning to those who plan to use a gift card at X-golf. X-golf has the potential to be one of the most dominant business in the Parkville area. Yet, these business decisions and practices will lead to the costumers' dissatisfaction and the demise of the business.

Decided to try X-Golf for Father's Day instead of going to the golf course. That way we didn't have to be concerned about the weather. Turned into the best decision !! We had a great time. Making the reservation was easy to do. We arrived at our scheduled time. They were ready for us. Took us directly to our bay. We had never done this before so Ben, the owner, got us all set up. We had a great time choosing which 'virtual' course we wanted to play. Two hours flew by so we asked to stay an additional hour. Ben and his wife were great hosts. Food was good: wings, flat bread pizza and chicken tenders. Drinks were good. Definitely going back soon.

First time ever on a golf simulator. This place was top notch! The facility itself was amazing. Playing golf on a simulator was definitely weird at first but once you get used to it, it ended up being an awesome time. This place would be awesome for a night out with friends or with the family. Would highly recommend. Taylor and Brooke were servers/waitresses when my friends and I were there and they were great. If the weather is less than stellar, head to x golf in Parkville. You won't regret it! Thanks again to Taylor and Brooke for taking care of us and doing an amazing job.
