Really nice hotel with really good service. This location has a shuttle to the airport. It was very easy to schedule and they were on time. I had a comfortable rest and the breakfast was great.

Nice design and roomy. Comfy bed and linens. Every stay we have issues. Dirty carpet. Dirty bathroom floor. No bar soap for the vanity, or other toiletries. (Pump shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower.) Only one regular coffee pod, had to go ask for more. Stains on sofa. Rattling air conditioner.

We were flying into Kansas City and needed to find a place to stay overnight. Our flight had been delayed, so we ended up arriving in Kansas City really late at night. When we arrived at the airport, we contacted Wyndham Garden to see if the shuttle was still running. The manager said the shuttle wasn't running due to icy conditions. Here is the amazing thing. He picked us up in his personal vehicle because he had chains on his tires. What a great guy!! When we arrived at the hotel, the manager explained that Wyndham had just taken over the hotel and that they were training all new staff in all areas. He went ahead and apologized in case we had any inconveniences. The only problem was breakfast the next morning. The food was hot and good. It just took a long time for it to be refilled and brought out.No other problems. Our room was perfect for the one night.

*greeted with a smile*clean looking room*breakfast in the morning Why the 2 stars then? Wyndam has got to spend some money on this place. It's really shows its age. See photos...*no light guard on the bathroom light (neat feature you can change the light bulb easily)*some Frankenstein outlets put in above the couch*it looks like the room had some new HVAC installed. We can tell. Remanents of the old t-stat still up. *cracked tile in the bathtub surround. Also, funky looking caulk job, or lack of.*room smelled funky. Maybe an HVAC issue with the floor above? Worry's me...*refrigerator wasn't cooling. We had to improvise. See photo.

Wyndham gets a 5 star rating for a 5 star employee.Eva was working the front desk when we arrived last night. She was bright and extremely friendly. My wife and I enjoyed a nice conversation with her. Additionally, when I told her about the faulty shower in room 421 she quickly moved us across the hall to 422.

I visited Wyndham Garden Kansas City Airport during a weekend trip to KC. It honestly exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfy. There wasn't much noise outside my room despite being right next to the elevator. The staff was friendly and happy to help when I had questions or needed extra items. However, I noticed that the shower was slow to warm up, and the sink's water pressure could have been better. Make sure to account for 25-30 minutes of driving if you plan on doing anything in downtown KC or Overland Park. This hotel was the best option for me regarding affordability and quality, but I would choose somewhere closer to central KC if I return.

horrible customer service , we called ahead to make sure what we needed to be able to reserve a room . i came in with what i needed and they told me i needed a physical copy of my id . after my long travel i asked them if there was anything i could do ,the manager said no we aren't accepting y'all , they were inconsiderate of how long we've been sitting there . i do not recommend this hotel , manager claims she's busy to every single person that comes in but is just sitting in her office drinking diet coke .

I travel frequently and have stayed in Wyndham properties in the past, without any problems. I would warn people away from this location! I walked into the room to find all of the trash from the previous guest still in the room. I then tried connecting to the Internet without any success. I called down to the desk and they suggested I come down to the desk (at 12:30 am in the pajamas!). I went down and the manager on duty could not get internet access on my laptop and said "yea, we've been having some problems...you will probably be able to connect in the morning". No internet the following morning as well. I then tried taking a shower and found NO running water in the shower. I called down to the desk to talk to a manager and was told there was not a manager on duty. I checked out of the hotel, 3 days early. I then called the hotel later in the day and spoke to the manager, Tammy, and the remarks she made to me were rude and unprofessional. She said I did not know how to connect to the Internet because "of course we have internet". When I mentioned she shower she said "well, you were able to shower in another room, right?" I guess walking down the hall to another room to shower is perfectly acceptable at this hotel - RUN THE OTHER WAY. When I asked for some sort of compensation she said "well, you did spend the night". I was speechless at that point. Think twice before making a reservation at this Wyndam location!!!
