Every time I've been in here the staff has been super rude, or just ignored you completely. A bottle of wine I usually get at other liquor stores for $9 is $16 here. Small selection, rude staff, and overpriced. I will not be back.

This is nice little local liquor shop that has the basics that you need and some little something extra. The prices seemed fair from what I noticed when I was shopping around. It is conveniently located and Mr. Wooten was nice and friendly when during the visit. I will come by if I need to get something quick, but I might visit another location if I am looking for a wider selection. I'm glad this liquor store is available in PV.

Woot has booze. Not sure if others are looking for 300 year-old specialty beverages or something, but I'm pretty sure the recipe for good liquor store is:- wide selection- good prices- helpful staff- convenient location- quick in-and-outWoot checked the (franzia) box for me!

"Woot-Woot!"Wooten Liquor is a great little liquor store for where it is located. In the heart of Prairie Village, Wooten has a decent beer selection, and your standard allotment of spirits. The middle of the store is filled with wine options, separated by region and price, the selection is good for an independent liquor store and the help staff is more than willing to help you pick a bottle of wine for any occasion or suggest one of their favorites. Price range is pretty average for the area liquor stores, the last few times I have been they have had good specials on domestic beer cases. If you're looking for a liquor store that is clean, classy and not to hard on your pocket book, my vote goes to Wooten.

I've been to this store a couple of times and have been severely underwhelmed. I'm never welcomed when I walk in the store which is odd because I've been the only person in the store every time. I'll admit, I'm primarily focused on beer and their beer selection is awful, unless you like New Belgium products or Boulevard Dry Stout. As I was leaving the last time, the lady behind the counter asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I was looking for Lagunitas Pale Ale (which, of course they didn't have but every liquor store in town should have, trust me I'm an expert). She very nastily replied, "We don't carry that". While their wine selection seems to be adequate, a store this size should at least appear to care about their customers, which they don't since this was my only interaction with an employee in my times in the store. This store also holds a distinction probably never to be equaled. I've been there 3 times, didn't find what I wanted and left without purchasing anything. I don't think there will be a 4th time.

This place sucks and has sucked for 20 years. It is convenient and I don't even care that if is extremely over priced. They are always out of stuff with the comment "supplier didn't deliver". Ok, BULL F****** Sh**. You are out of Budweiser and Guinness because you suck. Sell the store to someone whom will make it a favorite in the neighborhood. Has always been really sketchy.

Rude employees, bad premium beer selection and overpriced liquor. Rarely any specials going on when others in town are having weekly promotions. Even though they're right across the street I will be driving a little further from now on. Although it's a minor complaint, they don't take AmEx which seems to be a pretty good indication of the cheapness of the owner. Most biz know that AmEx can and will negotiate with you.

First time customer, I stopped in and inquired about a certain tequila with the employee there and he said that it was stolen recently, I asked if they would be getting anymore and the employee said I was probably the one who stole it. I felt immediately racially profiled and disrespected. I informed the young man that it was my first time in the store and ended up buying a different tequila. While ringing me up he asked if I was over 21 and I said yes and asked him if he wanted to see it and he said no. · -10 out of 5 stars.
